New holiday home delivered in June 2017 in the town of Ablon 4 kms from Honfleur that can accommodate 8 people.

To welcome you, 4 bedrooms, two with 160 * 200 beds and two others with two single beds, or 8 beds,
two shower rooms and two toilets.
garden table, sunbathing, barbecue and children's games available on an enclosed plot of 1400 m2. Clear view of the Normandy countryside.
The price includes departure cleaning, bed linen and WiFi access.

Minimum rental 2 nights except July and August per week.

Arrival from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., a supplement applies. From 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. € 30 supplement from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. € 50 supplement from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. € 60 supplement. end of arrival 11 p.m.

A deposit check of 1000 euros is required and will be returned one week after departure.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison de vacances. Elle était bien propre, tout y était. Les lits étaient fait à notre arrivée et il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Elle est au calme, et le jardin donne sur un pré avec 4 vaches. Elles ont été très appréciée des enfants ainsi que le portique avec les balançoires. Le jardin et les bains de soleil étaient également agréables. La maison est située à 10 minutes en voiture de l’entrée d’Honfleur. Le descriptif de la maison correspond à la réalité.

Nous avons passé une excellente quinzaine en famille à Ablon. Nous avons apprécié le calme, à la campagne. La maison est très agréable, fonctionelle, propre, lumineuse, et la vue de la pièce principale sur le pré avec les vaches est exceptionnelle. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Ablon constitue une base idéale pour explorer les environs, à la fois au Nord de la Seine (Etretat, Fécamp..) et au Sud (Honfleur, Deauville,..) Nous recommandons cette location!

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus in der Normandie und haben es sehr genossen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Betten waren bequem und für französische Verhältnisse groß. Empfang und Kommunikation waren sehr gut. Morgens hatte man beim Frühstück den schönen Blick auf die Kuhwiese. Der Gartentisch ist sowohl abends als auch morgens sehr schön in der Sonne gelegen. Ablon hat fußläufig eine Pizzeria und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, der morgens frisches Baguette und Croissants hat. Mit Auto und E-Bike ist Honfleur in ca. 5 km Entfernung zu erreichen. Für normale Fahrräder ist die Gegend recht hügelig. Kommen gerne wieder !

Maison idéale pour un week-end entre amis ou en famille. La maison est fonctionnelle, propre et pratique. Très bien située, proche d'Honfleur et de ses alentours (Ponts de Normandie et de Tancarville par exemple). Le propriétaire est agréable et donne de bons conseils sur la région.

Logement neuf avec une belle qualité de prestations. lumineux et fonctionnel, nous avons passé un bon WE prolongé à deux familles avec chacune 2 enfants. Rien à redire. les photos et la description sont conformes à la réalité des lieux.

Fijn vakantie huis.
De woning voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Alles was netjes, de omgeving is landelijk en rustig. Er was meer aanwezig dan in in beschrijving stond bv een kinderstoel en badje ect. Wel handig om dit te weten als je met kinderen komt. Heerlijke vakantie gehad .
