About this property

Our house is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). And 'comfortable and quiet, well heated in winter and breezy in summer. And 'the house where we live when we are not in Brussels and it is manufactured with care and it is healthy and enjoyable for us and for our little girl. All work was carried out in green building, natural lime from the walls of the tadelakt bathrooms. And 'in the center and it is very well connected by public transport.

The terrace of 35 sqm, offers a pleasant space for more: Cagliari is usable for 9-10 months a year.
The parquet is a fine oak is very pleasant to feel under their feet, but suffers from the water, shoes and heels: we ask you to walk barefoot at home! We own and also we provide Roomba, a robot vacuum cleaner, start maybe when you leave, you always have to clean the floor effortlessly.
The house is on the fourth and top floor.
Beware, there is no elevator! People with reduced mobility may find themselves unable to enter.

Cagliari Centro

La casa mi è stata consegnata in ottime condizioni ed il proprietario è stato molto cortese nel arrangiare l'orario di consegna chiavi. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare la città ed eventualmente effettuare delle escursioni al di fuori di essa. Fiore all'occhiello sicuramente è la terrazza che permette di rilassarsi ed effettuare ottime cene godendo una vista particolare. Anche al momento del ck-out devo riconoscere una disponibilità estrema del proprietario. Ottima scelta

Sehr schöne Woche

Eigentlich war alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die zentrale Lage ist ein super Vorteil. Wir waren jeden Abend mit wenigen Schritten in der Innenstadt. Bei der Wohnung hat uns besonders Die hochwertige Klimaanlage gefallen (super leise und kaum Zugluft). Ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Das einzige Problem ist das Parken (Innenstadt eben). Ein kleines Auto ist ein Vorteil. Wir haben im Parkhaus regina geparkt (15 Minute Fußweg, 8 Euro pro Tag). Vielen Dank Marcello und Veronica.

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, gut geignet für kleine Kinder

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, durch das eine Schlafzimmer und extra Kinderzimmer, sowie das Wohnzimmer gibt es genügend Platz für eine Familie mit Kind. Auch die offene und moderne Küche hat uns sehr gefallen. Unser Sohn hat sich im Kinderzimmer pudelwohl gefühlt und viel Spaß mit den dort zur Verfügung stehenden Spielsachen gehabt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr schön, direkt an einem "Ende" der niedlichen Einkaufsstraße gelegen. Mitten drin, aber durch die Lage im 5. Stock dennoch nicht laut! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Stadt

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und gut gelegen. Wir haben den Autenthalt sehr genossen. Sie wird vom Eigentümer auch privat genutzt, das merkt man an der schönen Einrichtung (und den vielen Kleinigkeiten hier und da). Perfekt für uns: Das Kinderzimmer mit viel Spielzeug - unsere Tochter fands super. Auch die Terrasse ist super - allerdings nur wenig Garten-Möbel. Wlan funktioniert gut und auch die Küche mit allem Wichtigem ausgestattet. Also: Eine absolute Weiterempfehlung! Bitte beachten: Sie liegt im 4. Stock Altbau - man sollte also fit sein... :-)
