From this beautiful and cozy studio you can enjoy one of the best views of the city. Its capacity is for 2 people.
It has a garden with its respective furniture, fenced plot, terrace, private pool and covered parking in the same building.
The studio has internet access (wifi), air conditioning only in the living room and satellite TV.
The open-plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.
According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15. (Although the barbecue available in the house is gas)
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.

An und für sich eine tolle Unterkunft, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, zu viele anstehende kleine Reparaturen, nicht besonders gut ausgestattet was Geschirr und Zubehör für die Küche betrifft. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, demnach sollte der Preis angepasst werden. Die Lage und Sauberkeit sind unübertroffen, ist man jedoch eine Woche vor Ort, findet man nicht mal einen Staubsauger, um Haare und sonstiges zu entfernen. Alles in Allem aber ein schöner Urlaub, Danke

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, man merkt nur, dass der Vermieter lange nix gemacht hat. Elektrogeräte einwandfrei. Achtung: Den tollen Meerblick kann man nicht genießen, weil die Oleanderhecke mindestens 1 Meter hoch gewundert ist. Absolut ruhig gelegen, Pool und Terasse nicht einsehbar,.
