O Apartamento é igual ás fotos, tudo muito limpo e cuidado. A Sra. Susana com quem fizemos o check-in é uma pessoa fantástica, muito acessivel, cuidadosa connosco. Obrigada por todo o cuidado que teve conosco.

Un peu déçue

Tout d’abord je ne parle pas du tout Portugais donc je n’ai pas pu voir que la photo ne correspondait pas du tout à l’appartement... La photo nous montre un balcon (rouge) en étage avec chaise longue alors que le nom sur cette photo est : REIS DO CHAO DEREITO : j’ai su en arrivant que cela voulait dire « Rez de chaussé » Donc pas de vue sur la mer. et assez sombre... L’appartement est relativement bien fait mais manque du minimum... pas de cafetière, pas de verre à vin, si vous voulez cuisiner (comme c’est un gîte avec cuisine..) vous devez tout prévoir.. Aucun produit de base (sel poivre etc..). Les photos sur le site sont toutes mélangées donc on ne sait pas ce que l’on loue.. Il y a un petit problème au niveau des 2 chambres, nous étions 2 couples d’amis soit, mais les 2 chambres communiquent par une porte coulissante donc aucune intimité... Pas de chauffage central que 3 petits radiateurs à roulettes donc en avril appartement froid et très humide. Après avoir mis le chauffage en fonction il s’est installé dans l’appartement une odeur forte et persistante de moisis très désagréable. Voilà notre première expérience de location au pays des Azulejos, pas très convaincante. Le cœur de village est très joli, l’océan est superbe, la région est très belle.

Estadia na Passagem de Ano

Somos um grupo de 5 amigos e fomos passar a Passagem de Ano à Ericeira, tendo ficado alojados no 2º Esquerdo da Casa Aguarelas. Gostámos muito! Excelente localização, mesmo no centro da Vila. Casa com óptimas condições: limpa, moderna e com bom gosto. Com todas as condições necessárias a uma estadia confortável e agradável. Recomendamos a 100%.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Ericeira

Wir waren im Sommer 2014 zu zweit in dieser gemütlichen Ferienwohnung. Ausstattung: Die Ausstattung ist modern und alles ist sehr sauber, auch dank der regelmäßigen Apartmentreinigung, bei der auch die Handtücher getauscht werden. In der Küche hätten wir uns etwas mehr Equipment zum Kochen gewünscht, die Elektrogeräte und der Gasherd haben aber gehobenen Standard. Lage: Das Apartment liegt nicht an der Hauptadresse des Casa das Aguarelas, wo es nur Hotelzimmer gibt, sondern am südlichen Rand der Altstadt von Ericeira. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG eines normalen Wohnhauses. Von hier aus sind es wenige hundert Meter bis zu den Stadtstränden, Restaurants, Supermarkt, die Markthalle, und was man sonst so alles braucht, sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Service: Alles hat unkompliziert geklappt, von der Reservierung bis zum Auschecken. Der Betreiber Bruno hat uns bei der Taxireservierung zum Flughafen genauso unterstützt wie bei den besten Restauranttipps. Ein wichtiger Hinweis: Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nur über eine Schiebetür zu trennen. Dementsprechend ist diese Fewo nur bedingt für 2 Paare geeignet (die sich Privatsphäre wünschen). Diese Appartments sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
