Welcome to our beautiful beach retreat located close to all of the fun that Wildwood and Cape May County offers! We are located one block from the beach, boardwalk, and Convention Center. We are entering our 7th year and pride ourselves on consistently delighting our guests by offering them a comfortable seashore home. Please review our ratings and see what our guests have said about their stay!

****SORRY, WE LIMIT OUR RENTALS TO FAMILIES AND ADULT GROUPS OVER AGE 25--SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS. DURING THE SUMMER (Mid-June to Labor Day), WE ARE OFFERING ONLY WEEKLY RENTALS - SAT-SAT ONLY. NO PROM WEEKENDS OR SENIOR WEEKS****

We're sure you will enjoy our Wildwood home. We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in what we feel is a very comfortable 1150 sq. ft. home. The living areas have hardwood floors and the bedrooms are all carpeted (new in 2019). Our upgraded kitchen has granite countertops and includes just about every amenity you might need to make great meals at home. if you don't feel like going out. We are continually making improvements and have upgraded just about everything.

We hope that you consider joining us at our place and make new family vacation memories at our home. We hope you will enjoy yourself so much that you will return for years to come. Our deck has plenty of seating for relaxing after a fun day in Wildwood or Cape May. We provide high-speed WIFI and extensive cable TV service, including some premium channels on all TVs. Use your Netflix or Amazon accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies while you are here. We also have plenty of games and puzzles too; something for all ages.

Our garage is enclosed under our condo, and provides enough space for two vehicles. We also have some beach chairs (4) and sand toys that you and your family are welcome to use—build that ultimate sand castle!

2022 will be our 7th season offering our home to other families and we are very happy that others are able to enjoy our place when we can't be there. We invite you to read their positive reviews. We’re are always happy to answer any questions you may have.

Family time in Wildwood
Our family of 4 (all adults) enjoyed our time at this condo in Wildwood, New Jersey! Everything we needed was close by. We parked the car and didn’t move it again until we left. Note That there is a flight of stairs to reach the condo and you cannot enter the garage space directly from the condo or condo building foyer. The condo felt spacious. The kitchen included more kitchenware and small appliances than any prior condos or homes we’ve rented before which made things very easy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony which is of good size. It does face a pretty busy street and there is a lot going on in that area. The host stayed in communication with us throughout the whole rental process and always responded quickly.

Great week in Wildwood!
Stayed at Lisa & Russ's place for 5 nights with my family of 4 (kids almost 4 and 7.5) and 2 parents (67 years old). The location was so perfect for us. So close to all the fun stuff like the beach, boardwalk, ice cream, mini golf and restaurants. We had a blast this week and felt like we stayed at home in this beautiful condo! Plenty of space for everyone. The balcony and garage were great extras! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Vacation!
We very much enjoyed Russ and Lisa’s beach condo for our family vacation. The unit was very clean, and the description and photos were very accurate. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Excellent location, close to beach, boardwalk, restaurant, ice cream, mini golf, etc. Check in process was seamless, and communication with Russ and Lisa was easy, although there was no reason to communicate with them during our visit. Would definitely recommend checking this place out if visiting Wildwood.

Fantastic Location
My family stayed here for a weekend baseball tournament. The location was absolutely perfect as it was only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Unlike other places in Wildwood that can be loud at night, there was not excessive noise or other issues. The condo was immaculate and well kept. Russ and Lisa were very responsive with any questions. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

BEST beach condo EVER!
This beach condo was everything and more! Absolutely perfect location to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. The condo is roomy, has a great balcony, is well stocked and most importantly for us, was clean. Thank you Russ & Lisa! We hope to rent from you in the future!

Great condominium in good location
Really nice condo with well stocked kitchen. Russ was very responsive to any requests. The only issue was the garage is difficult to maneuver. Especially if you are not good at backing in. Once in garage it is very spacious with everything you could possibly need for beach. I would recommend putting phone numbers for free shuttles on refrigerator. I wasn’t aware WW now offered them.I was told later by a co worker Thanks for a great week.

This was our third year at this property! We LOVE it! It's so clean and has literally everything we could possibly need. We also utilize the beach toys, chairs, and wagon in the garage. The location is amazing.

Very convenient location, one block to beach
This rental was very clean, right in the heart of Wildwood, and provided lots of room for all of us. Check in was simple and straightforward. Highly recommended if you want to be near the beach, restaurants,,convention center, and boardwalk.

Fabulous family vacay
This place was fantastic. My mom and I loved every single decoration in the place. Everything was very cute and well thought out. Beds were very comfortable. Had lots of pillows and blankets for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was nice to sit out on with lots of seating. Plenty of room to sit and have breakfast every morning with the family. I would definitely stay here again. I also love the fact that it has three full bathrooms. Not very common to come across that. Fully stocked with games which helped us stay entertained since it rained all weekend. Overall I truly loved this stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the boardwalk and have a clean comfortable place to stay.

The best of the best
Wonderful. Could not ask for more. Location was great. Extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need or want. The unit was spotless. Two car garage, which was terrific. Hosts were extremely nice. I could go on for pages. I did not want to leave. This will be our go to for future vacations. Thanks so much. It’s was one of my best vacations that I can remember.

The condo is located a block away from Beaches, Boardwalk and convention center. It has a garage with space for two vehicles which is extremely convenient, it is loaded with all the amenities including a beach cart and chairs. It is extremely clean and well kept! We had a great time in Wildwoods!

We absolutely love this property! The owners are amazing, quick responding and seem to really care that you have the best experience. The location is top notch, not too far from the sand or boardwalk and plenty of places to eat. We’ve stayed here three years in a row, highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay
This was our first time staying in Wildwood and couldn’t ask for a nicer place. It’s clean, cozy and you feel right at home. There’s a garage with enough room for 2 cars and access to it from the font and back of the building. It’s in a great location!!!Your in walking distance to the boardwalk and all it’s rides and attractions. Your a short walk away from a beautiful beach and to plenty of nice places to eat and have fun. If your looking to have a really fun family vacation down the shore this is a great place.

Clean, bright and spacious. The biggest perk was three bathrooms for everyone to use. We loved spending time on the outdoor patio as well. Close to a beach. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Wildwood!

Russ grew up in a Wildwood family. His father's parents had a place in North Wildwood in the 1940's and his mother also visited often when she was younger. Most summers growing up included a Wildwood vacation when Russ, leaving him and his sister with so many great experiences and memories.

Lisa grew up in Montreal and did not get a chance to visit Wildwood growing up herself, but was very aware of how popular Wildwood is with many families. Together, we are enjoying all that this great town has to offer.

Why they chose this property

We love our place because it is a great getaway for us any time of the year. It's our relaxing beach place. We feel relaxed when we are there. Our do not consider our place an investment, it is our second home. We furnished our place with what we like and what makes us feel comfortable. We hope that every family who joins us feels comfortable enough to also consider our place their own vacation home.

What makes this property unique

We feel we are in a perfect location, only a Frisbee throw away from the beach. We are located just one block from the boardwalk and beach. We are very close to the Convention Center which is perfect for people involved in any of the great events held there throughout the year. We feel this is one of the best parts of the beach, with plenty of things always going on behind the convention center. We are close to everything, yet far enough away from the center of town.
