Our villa is set in one of the best locations for Moraira, not a long drive along the coast road or often where you have to walk along a busy road but up in the hills just behind Moraira town, lovely residential area easy and safe to walk either to the Tabaira centre where you’ll find a small but decent supermarket, a restaurant and a couple of bars 5-7 min stroll or into Moraira along the vineyard in 20-30 minutes, 5 minute drive.
Moraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.
The villa itself is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, spacious, exceptionally well equipped, modern and stylish but most of all set in larger than normal grounds of 1100sqm. The comfortably furnished Naya patio area leads out to the garden with stylish stone table and chairs and BBQ. Walk up the pretty marble stepped balustrade stairs to the pool area (gated if required) with a larger than normal private pool 9.5m x 4.5m that catches the sun most of the day, although there is sunshade if required. The pool has a gentle slope from the steps perfect for little ones to splash around. The pool surround has non-slip tiles. This villa is perfect for relaxing, the pool area is large enough and sits next to a large established garden planted with beautiful canary palm trees and mature shrubs. There are sunbeds and patio tables and chairs with sunshade if you want to sit around the pool area. The pool area has a Summer kitchen/bar with fridge freezer and well stocked shelves with plastic glasses perfect for pool area. There is also a shower and toilet for convenience. We have large beach towels stored a blanket box in the main bedroom for guests to use which are perfect for the sun beds and can be used on beach days.
The interior accommodation is light and modern in style with furnishings of a quality and comfort not often seen in rental properties. We like to offer a home from home experience with nice little decorative touches. The beds are extremely comfortable with quality mattresses. The super-king bed has a soft mattress with a thick top quality mattress topper. After a long day sunbathing you'll sleep well ready for another strenuous day! The further two king beds and two singles all have thick bamboo mattress toppers for every guest’s comfort. There is also a choice of firm or soft pillows all with quilted pillow protectors.
The villa is all on one level apart from outside steps to the front door and inside there are a small set of stairs leading down to a guest king en-suite bedroom. All four bedrooms have air conditioning units for your comfort during warm nights. The well stocked kitchen has integrated appliances and the bathrooms are tastefully fitted with the two en-suites having roomy walk in showers. Although Moraira is an extremely safe area the villa is fitted with security alarm system which will be deactivated during your stay and security window glazing throughout for your peace of mind, the lounge offers a large LCD TV with a great choice of UK TV & movies with surround sound & DVD player with a good DVD library. The villa also benefits from highest available speed WIFI connection which covers the entire villa and grounds including pool area so you can browse the internet whilst sunbathing if you so wish. This villa is ideal for a large family looking for plenty of outdoor space and a high standard of accommodation.
The villa accommodates 8 persons in 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite). There is a travel cot on the premises for your use with your own linen.
