It is situated within a large garden with spacious poolside patio, additional sun terraces and covered naya overlooking the pool. It has mountain and countryside views, with beautiful sunsets. Free Wifi, and Log Burner and Central heating for winter lets. The Villa is within easy reach of the local amenities and the resort of Javea, though use of a car is recommended

We live in England and are married with 2 grown up children.
We chose the Javea area for our Spanish home as we had holidayed in the area several times and fell in love with the place.
We get across as often as we can and have friends in the area. However, as we both work, we can't get across as aften as we'd like and so prefer to rent the villa out to keep in use.

Why they chose this property
Casa Jordi is in a quiet and reasonably secluded area, yet near a small number of restaurants.
It is only a few minutes drive from both the resort area and town of Javea and about 10 minutes drive from the adjacent resort of Moraira.
This allows us to have as active a day as we want but then be able to come back for a relaxing afternoon/evening round the pool and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the various terraces
