Wonderful break

The apartment was lovely just as described. Marta, the property manager was amazing, so very helpful. The grounds were lush and beautiful, the pools clean beautiful. Would definitely recommend staying here. I will be back

A great two week holiday

Exactly what we look for. We had a very relaxing holiday. Apartment was perfect. The pool was always quiet and we never had a problem getting sun loungers. We are already looking at dates for a return next year.

Gepflegte Anlage ca. 15 min. von Innenstadt Estepona entfernt

Schöne Ferienwohnung in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Aufzug zur Wohnung im ersten Stock. Wohnung und Schlafzimmer sind schön, Betten ok. Küche mit Kühl-, Gefrierschrank, Backofen gut. Espressomaschine funktionierte nicht immer einwandfrei. Zum Essen für 5 Personen war der Essbereich zu klein. Kleinere Schäden, die aber nicht schlimm waren. Balkon mit großer Markise von Nachbarn kaum einsehbar und geschützt, so dass wir schön für uns waren und immer draußen essen konnten. Einzig der Rauch der Zigaretten vom unteren Nachbarn war störend. Den großen und schönen Pool hatten wir Anfang Juni fast für uns allein. Am Freitagnacht hörte man den Verkehr der nahen Hauptverkehrsstraße. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Amazing stay for families with young kids

Great apartment - all on one floor no stairs and very safe and clean. Gated community with security guard that does runs. Fully equippwd kitchen. Closed balcony since it is on the 1st floor so kids can’t run out to the pool alone. Very convenient to have a pool to manage newborn and toddler’s schedule that don’t really match. September was an ideal month since it was very quiet and most days we had the pool to ourselves. Property manager was great and very quick on responding and getting us what was missing when necessary. Location amazing. Quiet area but also close enough to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Conveniently located between two supermarkets and lots of nice beaches around. Also great walks and restaurants on the Paseo d’Estepona if you don’t wanna go too far.

Lovely apartment with fabulous pool

Really lovely 3 bed apt with lots of outside space and two large lagoon pools. We were met by David who I can say was fabulous ,very helpful and did me a very kind deed which I’m extremely grateful for. Large very well maintained apartment, with a lovely en suite in my room, two other bedrooms and another family bathroom. Very comfy beds and lots of balcony space for dining outside but also off the bedrooms. Host very quick to respond :) so very good experience. Only two learnings, a car would be very useful as it’s not close to many restaurants, and 20 euros in a taxi to estapona. secondly, just wished the back gate was opened as it would have saved us an extra 10 min walk everyday to the restaurants. Overall fabulous stay :) thank you so much perfect family holiday.

Lækker lejlighed med lækkert poolområde. Badeværelser og køkken var ikke gjort ordentlig rent efter vores mening. Fitness var slidt og mangelfuldt. Denne lejlighed kræver, at du har en bil.

Agradable , buena estancia

La estancia ha sido bastante buena, alojamiento de calidad, aunque mejoraríamos algunos aspectos, tales como la limpieza, poca iluminación ( especialmente en la terraza ) y algunos desperfectos (como que la bañera no tragaba bien el agua, y no conseguimos ver la tv con canales nacionales ni conectar nuestro smartphone para ver netflix) pero en general, es un lugar es muy recomendable. Importante es imprescindible tener coche por la ubicación.

peu être mieux pour le prix

Endroit calme et reposent Abord bien entretenu , juste les caca de chien qui sont sur les pelouses un peu partout au tour de la piscine Belle piscine ,il devait avoir une chute d’eau !! sur les 15 jour passer elle n’a jamais fonctionner ? il y a un manque de transat au tour de la piscine 14 transats pour 8 parasoles ce qui ne fais même pas 2 transats par parasole et en plus sur les 14 transats 5 était casser ce qui fais 9 transats a savoir que nous étions 5 personnes donc souvent impossible de prendre un peut de soleil au tour de la piscine ou alors se coucher sur le béton qui est brulant vu qu’il n y a pas de pelouse ou alors il faut sortir et se mettre sur les pelouses a caca l’appartement est bien , un peut vétuste , la porte de la chambre ne fermais pas , la poignée de porte de la salle de bain est restée en main a la première fermeture , problème vite résolut après une coup de téléphone a notre correspondant sur place David , les spots allogène du living qui ne fonctionnais pas toutes la porte du congélateur après une semaine est tombée , je l’ai arranger moi-même notre arrivée nous a couté un supplément pour 5 min de retard arrivé à 18h 05 au lieu de 18 h c’est un peu exagérer je trouve sur l’annonce un barbecue est dans la description , nous avons chercher et demander et il n y en a pas , déception une bonne grillade c est tellement bon sinon de belle vacances passée

Bel appartement dans une résidence magnifique

Très bel appartement super bien équipé et conforme à la description de l'annonce. La résidence est très calme et très bien entretenue. L'appartement est bien situé et proche de nombreuses activités. Attention par contre, il faut absolument une voiture. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous recommandons vivement cet appartement. Grand merci à Tony et David pour leur accueil.

Good location, and a good spacious apartment. The bedrooms, aircon and entertainment system were the best parts. Recommend Playa Bella as the best restaurant within walking distance.

Week break for our daughters wedding

General condition of the property up to expectations. Kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy. Air conditioning unit maintained temperature at acomcortable level although one of our party suffered an itchy nose in the property possibly from dusty air filters. Good attention from the property service staff to deal with a broken door handle and an ant infestation. Unfortunately there was only one main gate fob which was a nuisance when leaving at different times. There was much disturbance at night due to the high sound level of disco music from an adjacent fair? playing until dawn every night keeping us awake. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

The property was clean and quite spacious .but the beds were like sleeping on straw -dire !

The biggest problem was the beds -we seriously considered moving to a hotel after the first night ! The lighting was poor -we borrowed lamps from the bedrooms to put in the lounge area as there was only overhead lighting . Towels ,bedding and cushions shabby -but clean,which is the main thing !

A luxurious apartment in a lovely part of Spain

We've just returned from great stay at Andy's apartment. From the outset, Andy was incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating. Tony and David were on hand in Spain and were great. They communicated with us in advance of the holiday, provided us with some essentials for our very late arrival and were on hand in case we needed anything. The apartment itself was beautiful and well looked after. It was a great size for us and our three daughters. The grounds of the property are beautifully maintained and the pools were perfect. We were in easy reach of Estepona, San Pedro and the coast. The complex felt very safe and quiet. The apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Lovely apartment! Clean well looked after and would recommend it to others! You do need a car!

We had 2 weeks in this apartment. I have a family consisting of 3 older Children 22,19 and 16. They would have been happy to laze by the pool (which is large enough to do some lengths early in the morning!) and my son went in the Gym daily. The 2 gyms on the complex have enough equipment to make up 1 half decent gym (Says the 22 year old gym junkie). It sis important to stress that whilst you can see the sea its not on the sea side! But either a long walk or a short car journey and you are there. You need to drive to the shops and Restaurants which is why I would advise any one to hire a car for your stay. The owners were very accommodating with our checking out time as we had a wedding the night before our flight home and they allowed us some extra time to get rid of our not too small hangovers. There is a cost for late check in which is worth mentioning but the directions given to the apartment were perfect. PS The pool has a waterfall! Its great!

Wonderful time had by all!

The Apartment was clean, tidy and very comfortable and an amply sized balcony meant we could all enjoy eating alfresco. Access to a gym and pool onsite was an added bonus

The Costa del Sol is famous for its incredible weather. It is just a 3 hour flight from the UK but enjoys 320 days of glorious sunshine every year.
The New Golden mile is a truly fantastic area and links my favourite areas of the Costa del Sol.
To have Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona all within a simple 20 minute stretch of road means that we have everything we need whilst the development itself is remote enough to offer security and total privacy.
