Bozeman Spruce House is a beautifully renovated historic home located in the heart of Bozeman's Southside neighborhood. This Scandinavian inspired home offers a modern twist on classic architecture with four bedrooms and multiple "hang out zones" both inside and outside the house.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Bozeman Spruce House has two master bedrooms on the main level. The first master bedroom features a king size bed and a walk-in shower, while the second master bedroom has a king size bed and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom off the hall. The lower level of the house has two additional bedrooms with daylight windows, which can be configured as either twins or king size beds. The first has four twins (can be set up as 1 king and 2 twins) and the second has three twins (can be set up as 1 king and 1 twin). These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.
KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen is a focal point of this home with a breakfast nook that seats the whole group and a glass front Danish woodstove that swivels for warmth and ambiance. The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner Thermador range, farmhouse sink, soapstone countertops, and every small appliance you could need. The dining area has a table for eight and a cozy reading corner with a large window seat, 40" TV, and stereo turntable. Doors open to the back deck, patio, and picnic table below.
LIVING ROOM: The living room is bright and cheery with modern seating around a wood burning fireplace. Books and games are provided for entertainment. On the lower level there is a cozy family room with a 55" smart TV and cable.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The backyard is a great space for outdoor entertaining with a large picnic table, gas barbecue grill, and a wood chimney to gather around. Off-street parking is available for up to three cars. Please note that the city requires a 10 pm cut off for outdoor entertaining to be considerate of the neighbors.
SETTING: Located in Bozeman's best historic neighborhood, just a short five block walk to Main Street. From the upper level of the house guests can enjoy views through the trees to the Bridger Mountains.
