This is a wonderful newly refurbished villa in the lovely community of Rolling Hills, within 10 minutes drive of Disney. This home is a Disney lovers' dream, beautifully decorated in various Disney themes, it is a great place to spend your vacation. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms, 55 inch HDTV in a great movie themed living area, new stainless steel appliances, laundry room with washer and dryer and beautiful decor throughout. The sunny pool deck has lots of sun loungers and a lovely lanai where you can sit and enjoy your breakfast before you hit the parks. The well equipped games room is a great place to spend a rainy afternoon. Rolling Hills is one of the closest communities to Disney, it is minutes from Mystic Dunes golf club, shops and restaurants.

Owner is very difficult when there’s issues

From day 1 the thermostat wasn’t working properly. The welcome email from Jason, the owner said we could set it to whatever we wanted…which was not the case as it was preset to not go below 71. It took repeated emails to him explaining that the house was 75 degrees and up, to which he tried to gaslight me by telling me anything between 72-74 was the best you can get in Florida and that supposedly he just had it serviced. He also told me to use the fans in the closets which of course won’t do anything I’d the HVAC isn’t working. Only after I told him I contacted VRBO who advised he needed to deal with the issue within 24hrs he finally called a maintenance guy who came 12ish hours later to fix it…by then it was 82 degrees in the house. Don’t stay here.

Florida getaway

Me and my grandchildren had a great time. The pool was wonderful on hot days. The house is beautiful it is described to the tea you will definitely make some memories in this house. The decor is everything that Florida represents. I will definitely look for this listing again when I come in to town.

Family Fun in FL

This was our second stay at Disney Memories and it was just as "magical" the second time around! Having all the amenities of being "home" after long days at the park and a place to swim and cook dinner for my family was amazing. The quick access to Disney parks, groceries, and restaurants was an additional perk of this location. We love this home and will be back!

Overall property was good. We paid for 6 days of heated pool, but two of those days, the pool was below 70 degrees. Property was advertised as having a heated pool, but we weren't told we had to pay $30 per day for that until a couple of days prior to our arrival

Highly recommend!

We're a family of four, with two teenagers. This house was perfect and appeared as it looked online. While infrequent, every time I reached out to the property manager via the vrbo app I received a quick and pleasant reply. Location was great. We visited Disney World, and were no more than 15 minutes from any park in any morning traffic. We would certainly stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. Well themed rooms, just like the pictures. The proximity to Disney was perfect, only about 10 min. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you need. Now, that being said, vacation rentals only have starter items to get you going, ie: laundry soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags etc. you have to be prepared and bring your own! This should come as no surprise for a vacation rental. While we were very busy at the parks, I cannot really comment on the pool or garage amenities as we didn’t use them. The owner and I communicated on a number of occasions. He was quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend this property if you are considering an off Disney property to stay at. We had 6 people in our group. We were all very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us. We will be back.

Magical Disney Home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Disney themed vacation home. It was super clean and comfortable. It was located so close to the Walt Disney World parks and resorts. There were plenty of our favorite restaurants close by as well as Grocery stores and of coarse Wal -Mart was very close ,too. We would highly recommend this property!

Excellent week vacation!

My family of 4 had a fantastic and relaxing time in this villa. It was so beautifully bedazzled with Disney memorabilia! The furnishings and layout were wonderful. We had a great time in the pool day and night. It was close enough to the things we went down for too. The corner spot on the couch was so comfy too! Really great vacation home. Would highly recommend!

Awesome Disney Themed Home!

This house is awesome! I stayed here with my kids(17, 14, and 12) and we loved the house. The Disney theme really made our Disney trip complete. The house was clean, plenty of room, and the pool was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

"Dreams DO come true"

Our stay in Florida was made comfortable, fun, and easy when we rented this home for our first trip to Disney. We have two younger and one older child; they all enjoyed this place! There was a full kitchen with all the necessities for me to cook breakfast (before parks) and dinner (after parks). It took us no more than 10 minutes to get to any of the Disney Parks. It was convenient to Walmart, Pizza Hut, restaurants, gift shops, and more! The home was clean and in a great location (my husband even made friends with some of the neighbors). We brought some minimum extra toiletries (toilet paper, bars of soap, dishwashing/ clothes detergent) and cleaning supplies, based on a previous review and it worked out PERFECTLY! I was able to wash clothes (1 load a day) and we packed up clean clothes to take home. We loved the disney decor in the house, especially since I wanted my kids to get the full effect of DISNEY everywhere (without the price of saying on property). Thanks Jason and Liz for sharing your home with us and making our Disney trip a "Dream Come True"! We will definitely be returning for our next vacay to Florida!

Loved this villa! Clean, well organized, well decorated! Close enough to parks to hear the fireworks but far enough away to get out of the chaos. We will be making several trips now that our son works for Disney and we will stay here again! Don’t change a thing!

Amazing house, can’t wait for my next stay!

Let’s start off by saying, WOW! This house is located not even 10 minutes from the Disney parks. Less than 5 mins away from a Walmart and the main strip where there are many restaurants and gift shops. I was apprehensive when I booked my stay only because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past through air b&b. This house is exactly as described. My family and I enjoyed every inch of the house, especially since it is disney themed and we are HUGE Disney fans. When we walked in it smelled and looked super clean which was a huge plus to us since I did have my 4 year old with us. The home comes with many kitchen appliances and extra sheets, blankets, pillows and plenty of towels. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and cups not only for inside but also plastic for if you want to eat outside by the pool. Only thing you do have to purchase yourself is dish soap, sponge or dishwasher liquid and toilet paper since only 2 rolls are left in each bathroom. No biggy! We stayed a full week. The pool area is comfy and there are plenty of chairs. I had one minor issue with the iron and coffee maker but on my first day after arriving from Hollywood studios we were welcomed with a new iron and coffee maker in the box. The owner of this home communicated with me almost everyday and even suggested local places to try. I will definitely stay in this house again when we do come back to the parks. Home and service was amazing I highly recommend it!

Almost perfect!

This house looks just like it does in the pictures, which is why I picked it. Everything was clean and cute. The management company was very responsive, and fixed the ceiling fan as soon as I asked. However, the towels were thin and scratchy (one had holes), there were no pool towels (although they were listed as amenities), and while I understand that vacation rentals won't have everything I might want, I still expect to have a sponge to wash dishes and just one extra roll of toilet paper for when you run out. The location is ideal for Disney, and is close to grocery stores and restaurants.

This property is as advertised, close to all Disney Parks and a 25 min drive to Universal. There is a Walmart less than five min from property. Did have small issues that did not affect our stay and was handled by the owners.

Great vacation home! Great location!

We brought two of our grand children and their parents here during their spring break for a week at Disney. The house was perfect. Well stocked. Great location convenient to all the parks. Would definitely consider this one again.

Well decorated, large, quiet, relaxing house.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are all decorated in fun ways. The house is quiet inside and relaxing after the sensory overload of the theme parks. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. The washer and dryer were good and used often. We were there during the winter olympics so the larger main tv was good to watch. We had one problem while we were there, and it was fixed right away. The king bed in the front bedroom was worn out, and they replaced it the day after we asked them about it. It doesn't get much better than that. The pool table in the garage rec room is not good, but we didn't need it or use it. Thank you.

Great place! Pool was not very warm after heated (may need to fix the heater but weather was cold)

Beautiful home. Beds were not the greatest and pool table was warped however the good things outweighed the bad. Loved the decor and plenty of space for the family to do everything that we wanted to do.

Beat our expectations, beautiful villa, perfect for our family

We had a wonderful two week stay, the villa is equipped with everything you would need. Everything is clean and organized. The washing machine and dryer was so nice to have. All the rooms were spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the convenient location to Disney, restaurants and shopping. Lisa and Jason are great to work with, helpful and caring.
