About this property

Beautiful typical Bassin house of 130 m2 on the edge of a cycle path.
Between the Bassin (1km from the beaches), the town center (1km from the church square) and the ocean (15 km from the Grand-Crohot beach), you will find a haven of peace for your holidays.
Completely renovated in 2015-2016, the house can accommodate 8 people. It has large living areas with fitted open-plan kitchen open to the dining room and the living room.
The living room will give you access to the wooden terrace which will take you to your choice, to the 8m * 4m pool, which is sunny all day, to the outdoor shower, to the summer kitchen and to a hammock.
You will take advantage of deckchairs, deckchairs and outdoor table for your moments spent around the swimming pool.
House with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor including a master suite with shower room and dressing room.
Upstairs, you will find 1 bedroom on the mezzanine with 1 double bed and a secure residential net for your future moments of relaxation.
Large pantry / utility room with washing machine and dryer.
An outbuilding, kitchen, bathroom, WC that can accommodate 2 people.

Un très bel endroit

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréable dans cette villa. Elle est très bien équipée notamment pour les enfants et bébés. Spacieuse et très bien située sur le bassin.

Une très belle semaine

La maison est parfaitement conforme a l’annonce et à nos attentes. Elle est très agréable à vivre. Nous avons profité de la pisicne surtout à la fin de la semaine car l'eau etait un peu fraiche en debut de semaine. L’espace de vie est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse et la maison bénéficie de tout le confort pour passer un super séjour. Elle est située dans un quartier très calme et idéalement situé avec une piste cyclable derrière là maison. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Et enfin les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactif. Merci pour cette semaine !

De très belles vacances.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille dans cette belle maison très adaptée à l’accueil de plusieurs générations sur le bassin et proche de l’océan. La piscine, l’immense terrasse, la cuisine d’été participent à la qualité du séjour. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Bravo pour cette belle réalisation. Nous recommandons pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Superbe séjour

La maison était très agréable et le propriétaire très sympathique. Belles prestations et équipements de qualité, on se sentait comme à la maison. Super jardin, hyper sécurisé pour laisser les enfants de tous âges jouer en liberté. La piscine était un peu fraîche car non chauffée mais de belle taille pour faire quelques brasses. Le petit plus, la cuisine d'été permettant d'avoir des boissons fraîches au bord de la piscine. À noter que les 2 chambres du haut sont mansardées et en mezzanine, donc plutôt pour des enfants.

vraiment très agréable

nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille avec 3 grands ados la maison est vraiment impeccable, fonctionnelle, et on s'y sent spontanément très à l'aise la grande terrasse bois, la cuisine d'été, la piscine...invitent à vivre à l'extérieur le quartier est très calme et la maison sans vis à vis Cédric est cool et à votre écoute Donc pas d'hésitation : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Séjour plus qu'agréable au chai d'Antoine

Logement super et spacieux répondant à toutes les attentes. Très bien entretenus, le jardin et la piscine permettent de passer des après-midis farniente. La proximité du bassin et de la mer est très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et munis de bonnes adresses! Je recommande fortement cette location!

Super moments sur le bassin dans une maison au top

Parfait emplacement, maison spacieuse très bien agencée, au calme et avec tous le confort nécessaire pour passer de superbes vacances. Nous recommandons entre amis ou en famille. Laure et Cédric sont de charmantes personnes qui vous partagerons leurs bonnes adresses locales ce qui est vraiment appreciable. Nous reviendrons, c'est sur :-)
