Genug Platz und Strandnähe
Wir waren dort mit sechs Personen und einem Kleinkind. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet inklusive Sonnenschirm und Waschmittel. Ein paar Dinge sind bereits in die Jahre gekommen, wie Küchenschränke oder Badewanne. Das ist aber weiterhin nicht dramatisch. Allerdings wären neue Matratzen notwendig, da diese im großen Bett insbesondere komplett durchgelegen sind. Nichts für Leute mit Rückenschmerzen. Als unser zu kleines Bettlaken ständig von der Matratze abrutschte, brachte der Eigentümer auch schnell ein nagelneues und auch ein paar weitere Handtücher, da durch die Luftfeuchtigkeit Textilien nur langsam trocknen. Im Garten waren viele Möbel, was sehr schön war. Der Strand war in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf die Mücken waren wir vorbereitet, trotzdem haben wir Stiche kassiert beim Draußen sitzen. Das ist eben Natur.

Great location and accommodation. The house is very comfortable and has all amenities that are needed for a shorterlonger stay. The place is cozy and located very close to one of the nicest beaches on the island. Host is very proactive and helpful and communication was very smooth. Highly recommend

Close to Alcudia absolutely best beach! A supermarket just a few blocks away, and of course nice house with all you need for a shorterlonger stay. A bit warm to sleep at night because of air conditioning in the hall and not in bedrooms, but overall we hade a great stay!

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Ansonten ist im Haus alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Das Haus an sich ist gut aufgeteilt von den Zimmern. Hinter dem Haus kann man sehr gut sitzen. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass Nachts an der Hauptstraße viele Autos übertrieben laut/schnell fahren. Ansonsten alles top! Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls super funktioniert.

A great place to stay
A great place to stay with easy access to the local restaurants, a supermarket lately 5 minutes walk away and a great coffee shop next to it. Access to the beach within 5 minutes, with the added bonus that this was a quieter section of the beach. Also easy to get out and about on a bike and explore the glorious Mallorcan landscape. Parking was also fine as we used the spot infant of the house. What was really appreciated was the supply of dishwasher and washing tabs which were provided. We had mixed weather and the house was fine but we felt it could have benefited from a few personal touches, such as the odd picture. Outside seating options were great and in the good weather it was excellent to eat all our meals outside. Be aware of mosquitoes as the lake is very close by.

Super maison de vacances. Nous étions 5 (2adultes et 3enfants) et la maison était très bien. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, climatisation... Le gros plus est qu'elle est située à 100m d'une magnifique plage. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture! Les commerces à proximité sont également tres appréciables. Et la communication avec nos hôtes a été parfaite, ils ont tout fait pour nous arranger et nous permettre de passer de belles vacances. Un immense merci!!

Everything was absolutely perfect.
We were traveling with a large group of people (5 adults + 1 child) and could not have asked for better accommodations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner a very helpful and nice person. We received a welcome treat of a full bowl of fruit and sweets for our daughter. Everywhere was clean, tidy. The rooms provided privacy to the individual couples. We had 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets. The kitchen was above standard. We even had a washing machine at our disposal. We were able to borrow plastic sand toys, blankets, umbrellas and an inflatable small boat for the kids to use on the beach in a small closet. There is nothing that we could fault this accommodation. Even though it is right on the road, you can't hear the hustle and bustle. The garden is pleasantly isolated by undergrowth from the other houses, so it offers privacy even on the property of the house. 190m from the house is a beautiful beach, spacious. There are shops and a supermarket within walking distance. We are very sorry that we only went for a week. We would love to return and are already looking forward to it.

Ein gepflegtes großes Haus in einer guten Lage nähe eines schönes Strandes.
Das Haus verfügt über alles Notwendiges, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 4 min zu Fuß entfernt. Der Strand liegt ums Eck. Eine Kontaktperson ist jederzeit erreichbar und kann schon nach 15 min vor Ort sein, falls notwendig.

Die Kommunikation mit Nicole, Mariana und dem Besitzer waren super. Wir haben immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung bekommen und Kleinigkeiten wurden sofort erledigt. Die Lage von der Wohnung ist perfekt. Einzig die laute Straße und die Moskitos trüben das Bild ein wenig. Die Matratzen sollten auch einmal getauscht werden Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Un lugar recomendable en una isla maravillosa
Pasamos unos días muy agradables en la casa, que es grande, está cerca de la playa y tiene todas las comodidades. Viajábamos con un bebé y nos facilitaron cuna y trona. Tiene un bonito patio donde se puede comer en el exterior a la sombra. La comunicación con el propietario y con la agencia fue muy buena, dispuestos a solucionar los incidentes que pudieran surgir. A parte de la tarifa de Airbnb hay que pagar un extra allí al final de la estancia por la electricidad consumida. Un lugar recomendable en una isla maravillosa.

Superb location close to the beach
Superb location close to the beach . House suitable for 56 person family . House well kitted out with everything required . Close to large supermarket and shop that sells lovely fresh bread and coffee. Nice patio area to sit out and have lunch and evening meals . 10 min walk to main strip area with lots of restaurants and shops . Overall a really great house and agents are really great to deal with .

Alles wunderbar
Alles wunderbar. Wir waren als Familie mit 4 kleinen Kindern dort (2, 5, 6 und 7 Jahre). Großer Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Bushaltestellen direkt vor dem Haus, wo man mit dem Öffentlichen z.B. schnell und günstig Ausflüge machen kann (waren in Can Picafort, der Altstadt von Alcùdia, Palma und Pollenca)... Strand quasi auf der anderen Straßenseite... Hatten eine gute Zeit
