L'appartement esr idéalement situé. 100m du centre historique et 7mn de la plage. On a tout fait à pieds. La vie n'est vraiment pas chère. La literie est extra confortable et la climatisation efficace.

Een ruime woning, een goed geoutilleerde keuken en centraal gelegen.
De woning valt vooral op door zijn ruimte: drie flinke slaapkamers met ruime bedden en een grote woon-eetkamer. De woonkamer is o.a. voorzien van een tv met een redelijk groot scherm en Spaans-, Engels- en Nederlandstalige zenders. De keuken is voorzien van alle noodzakelijke apparaten, pannen, borden en bestek, zelfs van een paellapan. Ook de badkamer is ruim en er is een goede inloopdouche. In een aparte kamer hangt een flinke boiler, staat een wasmachine en zijn ook een stofzuiger en andere schoonmaakartikelen aanwezig. Er is aan de voorzijde een balkon. Hoewel het voor januari redelijk goed weer was, hebben we daar toch nauwelijks gezeten. Je kijkt een straat in met veel geparkeerde auto's en verder weinig opwindends. Dat laatste heeft ook zijn voordelen trouwens. Voor eventuele opwinding moet je er op uit. In de onmiddellijke omgeving zijn de parkeerplaatsen meestentijds bezet. Geen probleem, op loopafstand zijn enkele grote, gratis parkeerterreinen en betaalde parkeergarages. Het appartement ligt bijna aan de voet van de grote kerk, met aan het kerkplein en in de straatjes vele eetgelegenheden zijn. Overigens is er op 50 meter van het begin van de straat een leuk en goed restaurant: Xef Pirata. Op loopafstand zijn er trouwens wel meer leuke cafétjes. Naar de zee en de boulevard loop je in tien minuten; de terugweg duurt al gauw twee à drie keer zo lang, zeker als je minder goed ter been bent. Er zijn behoorlijke hoogteverschillen in Altea. Met het openbaar vervoer (trein en bus) zijn vele leuke, en minder leuke, plaatsjes te bezoeken. Met een auto is dat overigens een stuk gemakkelijker. Wij waren de eerste gasten. Wat we misten waren enkele handleidingen, c.q. gebruiksaanwijzingen en tips. Ik heb begrepen dat er een soort handboekje zal komen. Heel nuttig.

Great apartment great location
Have stayed in altea a few times, but wasn’t the first time in this apartment and we couldn’t have got a better one. Great spacious apartment and the best location ever. Roll on next year, hopefully get this wee gem booked again

1ª experiencia mejorable
La ubicación es perfecta. Desde una de las ventanas se ve el Portal Vell, a menos de 50 metros. Si vas fuera de temporada, es un lugar muy tranquilo, pero si vas en plena temporada oyes hasta el chin chin de las copas del restaurante. La casa está bien, faltan por depurar algunos detalles como: persianas en algunas ventanas, una mesa del comedor mas actualizada ( no podía sentarme y meter las piernas debajo de la mesa). El edificio es muy tranquilo tambien. Jacqueline y Pieter son muy amables. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente pero se solucionó. Una cosa que no nos gustó mucho es el descontrol para recoger las llaves, es una cosa que tienen que mejorar, los dueños estaban fuera y dejaron encargada a una persona ( la misma que limpia ó se supone que limpia la casa)que para nuestro gusto no fue muy responsable. Son cosas que irán mejorando, pues era la primera vez la alquilaban
