Kick off your shoes and relax at A Loafer’s Paradise. This large Seaside Oregon beach house has something for everyone. With more than 200 5-star reviews, this versatile vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 beach combers, large and small.

For starters, this restful retreat offers 4-bedrooms and 3-baths complete with beautiful Oregon coastline views. Located only one house back from the beach, this three-level Seaside vacation rental has plenty of elbow room for multi-family or group beach getaways.

Whether you want to relax on the deck while taking in the ocean view, work on a puzzle, watch a DVD movie or enjoy a game of foosball or pool in the game room, there’s plenty of things to do inside A Loafer’s Paradise. Of course, you can’t loaf without internet, so we provide FREE WiFi.

This Seaside beach house has a large living room with a cozy gas fireplace and TV with DVD/CD player. The house also includes forced air heating to help you stay warm during those crisp winter nights. For sleeping, there are 3 queen bedrooms and a room with 2 bunk beds sleeping four. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD player. You will also find a collection of more than 50 DVD movies.

No family beach gathering is complete without a fully equipped kitchen including cookware, coffee pot, microwave and updated appliances. While bed linens are provided, please bring your own beach towels and blankets for use on the beach. Jeff and Ana are gracious hosts, who wish you a comfortable and pleasant stay in their beach home.

Family fun times!

Everything was great! We had so much fun and the house was perfect for our family. Spacious and everything we needed including movies (The Goonies) puzzles beach toys and games. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and facility

Very clean when we arrived. Kitchen well equipped for 11 people, great games area on lower floor, room for everyone. Great location, very close access to dunes and ocean.

Outstanding Home

We really enjoyed our stay and were very pleasantly surprised when we entered! The home was bigger than what we thought from the listing! There was plenty of room for everyone and it was a very comfortable, cozy stay! Its in a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to downtown. There was enough separation so different groups were playing pool, or in the kitchen visiting or in the living room working on a puzzle or watching tv. There was enough space so people could go to their room if a little private time was necessary! Property manager was easy to communicate with and was very good about being proactive in the communication process! Such a great host! We would definitely stay there again! Raymond Baca

Perfect space

We are a group from a school. We attended a convention there! It was the perfect layout for us and had so much space! The living room was central enough for our “family meetings” and it had everything we need! The game space downstairs kept them entertained!!

Excellent place to stay with a group

We had 9 ladies stay for the weekend - brought 3 cars and it was a perfect fit. The house was clean when we arrived, and so spacious! We would hang out in the living room, around the large dining room table, or downstairs playing pool. Unfortunately the fireplace didn't work, but the host was quick to answer any messages I sent - and he sent someone over the next day to try to fix it. It ended up not working,but she was incredibly nice (and funny!) We enjoyed cuddling in blankets and chatting, and having a fire on the beach

Lovely and Comfortable

Family Getaway

This was my first time booking a VRBO. This place was perfect for my whole family’s visit. There were ten of us and there was more than enough room for us all. Great Beach Stay

Multi-generational vacation

Great inside space for all! Loved the game room and big dining table. The short walk to the beach was fine but a bit tough with a double stroller for twin 14 month olds! We would definitely return for another chance to explore more of the area!

Seaside Funtime

The house and owner were great. The location was perfect. Only small issue was the fireplace didn’t work, owner offered to get it looked at, we were fine. On the VRBO listing a hot tub is listed, as that was one of our original filters, there is no hot tub. It does have a jacuzzi tub. Not the same thing.

Worked perfectly for us

We had 8 people (my family, my in-laws, and my sister-in-law with her husband). Plenty of room in the house and never even felt like we had to wait for showers. Kitchen was well stocked (pots, pans ,etc) for everything we wanted to make and the kids enjoyed the games downstairs. The walk to get to the water on the beach was a little longer than expected, but you are literally across a street from the beach. My in-laws who are moving a little slower just enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the waves as the sun went down. There was a small hiccup but I won't even mention what bc Jeff communicated promptly and it didn't bother any of our plans. Highly recommend the place, you won't be disappointed. Also, make sure to go to the beach at low tide. If you look close you can find you dinner 😁

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our 3 generation 6 member family. The number of bedrooms, baths and room to spread out made it great. The location to the beach access couldnt be better, right out the door. A small item at checkin was promptly addressed after a call with the owner. Family Reunion

A fantastic home for a large family gathering. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool table downstairs was a hit. Fairly easy walk to the beach. Sand toys, frisbee and kites available for extra fun. A well equipped kitchen plus washer and dryer made life easier.

Best conveniently located to everything but still close to the beach.

It was Nice home cozy. Plenty of room for lots of people. That's where perfect by any means but there's no place like home. Wish there been some more smoke detectors. We're all it was a good time though

Great location!

A group of 4 women stayed at this property for 5 nights and we were very comfortable! Beach access cannot be beat, neighborhood is quiet, and the house was more than enough for us. Suggestion for instructions on use of appliances and AV system as it wasn’t intuitive to us. We’d happily return to this rental if in the area!
