The Haussmannian building is equipped with an elevator and is secured by a magnetic key. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor.
Composed of: an entrance room, a walk-in wardrobe, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, a full kitchen a toilet and a continuous balcony on 4 windows.
The entrance of the apartment gives access on the right side to a closet and on the left side to the living room, to the first bedroom and to the kitchen at the end of the corridor.
The kitchen is in a independent room and enjoys all the necessary appliances: oven, cooktops, dishwasher, micro-wave, Nespresso coffeemaker…A washer and dryer (in separate units) are also available.
The living room is divided in two parts: on the left side when entering, the dining area with a large table with 6 chairs. On the right side, several sofas and armchairs and the television (with access to international channels).
The two bedrooms are large and equipped with king size beds, bedside tables and bedside lamps. Numerous storage spaces are available in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite showers, the first one is equipped with a large shower, a washbasin and a towel dryer. The second one is equipped with a shower, a washbasin as well as a bathtub.
There is ONLY one shared toilet in the apartment located in the hallway between the first bedroom and the main entrance corridor.
The continuous balcony is filled with several plants watered by an automatic system.
The apartment is heated by a central boiler, turned on automatically anytime the weather is too cold outside.
The apartment is private and independent. We provide bed linen and towels, and you'll have access to all facilities such as washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and unlimited high-speed WiFi.
Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.
