Located in the quiet residential area of Povlja, on a hill above the traditional fishing village and surrounded by olive groves. This spacious villa is set within large gardens, courtyards and terraces, with a swimming pool,making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the clean air and calming atmosphere. Povlja harbor, with its supermarkets, post-office, restaurants and bars is a 10 minute walk down through the alleyways with views over the Adriatic sea. The apartment is fully equipped for a family holiday and has BBQ area, air-con, TV, DVD, washing machine, Internet and gardens with hammock, deck chairs , loungers, table and chairs. Lovely pebble beaches and swimming platforms with showers are within 5 mins walk.
