Apartment in a quiet area in the city center. It is located on the second floor of a small building accessible by internal stairs. It consists of kitchen equipped with table for breakfast, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, living room with views of the Apuan Alps with dining table, TV, sofa bed and double bed, double bedroom with TV, bedroom with double bed castle, bathroom with shower, balcony. Bellissima esperienza

La casa è ampia con dobbia esposizione, quindi non manca mai la ventilazione. È a pochi minuti a piedi dalla pineta e attraversandola si è al mare. In casa non manca nulla e i proprietari sono molto accoglienti e veramente gentili. Ci torneremo di sicuro

Vacanza perfetta per famiglie con bambini

Contentissimi della casa affittata!Proprietari molto disponibili, casa fresca pulita, dotata di ogni comfort in elettrodomestici, vicinissima alla pineta di ponente, a numerosi servizi e anche al mare! Davvero un ottima scelta!

Soggiorno con amiche rilassante e divertente!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per circa una settimana con altre quattro amiche. La casa è molto carina, ben attrezzata, arieggiata e pulita. Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate molto bene sia in casa che con i proprietari, i quali sono stati super gentili, simpatici e disponibili per tutta la nostra permanenza.

Ottimo soggiorno presso questa abitazione pulita e comoda, molto fresca e silenziosa, un po distante dalla spiaggia ma utile per muoversi un po, supermercato vicino. Proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi.

10 giorni al meglio. Casa molto pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 tra cui 2 bambini. Un ottimo punto di riferimento per una vacanza a Viareggio.

Sie waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Problematisch war das er kein Englisch sprach, nur seine Frau sprach gebrochenes Englisch. Für kostenloses parken müsste man ca. 1 Kilometer laufen. Bei Starkregen war es ratsam Die außen Roleden runterzumachen da die Wohnung sonst klatsch nass war. An sonsten war die Lage obtimal (Strand und Supermarkt).

Appartamento ampio, pulito, carino, dotato di tutto.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla, con supermercato raggiungibìle a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Ampio soggiorno, cucina moderna fornita di tutto, bagno grande e rifatto da poco, ampia camera da letto. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Vicino al mare raggiungibile a 10 minuti a piedi, attraversando un bellissimo parco. Da visitare : Pisa, Lucca, Pietrasanta... Vacanze agosto 2018 indimenticabili.

Great holidays, very nice clean apartment. Lovely hosts. I recommend it!!

We have been there for 9 night. Great location, just 15 min to the beach. 5 min to the shops. Great apartment for a few people. Very kind and helpful hosts. I recommend it :)
