LOCATION: In the centre of Vilamoura, 50 meters from Vilamoura Marina, 300 meters from Marina Beach, and 100 meters from Vilamoura Congress Centre.
The building has a supermarket (Jafers - open from April to October) and a café/restaurant (Petúnia - closed every Monday).
Within a 500-meter radius, a wide range of commerce and services exist.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Apartment in a residential building, located on the 5th floor with up to 4 service elevators available. The apartment is practical and comfortable, accommodating up to 4 guests, with one bedroom, a complete bathroom, a full kitchen, and a living room with a balcony offering partial sea views. Air-conditioned, free WiFi, free private outdoor parking, shared outdoor swimming pool for children and adults. Ideal for couples or small families (children and babies are welcome), in the centre of Vilamoura and just a few meters from major points of interest, perfect for those who want to avoid using a car and want to be within walking distance of everything.

• Complete, with shower over bathtub, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer
• Iron, ironing board, and folding clothes rack.

• Shared sun loungers. First come, first served.
• Opening hours: 08:00 - 20:00

PARKING - Private outdoor parking for one car per apartment.

PROPERTY RULES
• No smoking allowed
• No parties or events allowed
• Groups under the age of 25 are not admitted.
• No pets allowed on the property
• Quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected
• Occupancy limit must not be exceeded: up to 4 guests (including children)
• Guests are not allowed to leave trash or unwashed dishes on the property after check out, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged
• Failure to comply with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without refund

TOURIST TAX
Tourists are required to pay the tourist tax, in accordance with local law in force: per person over 16 years old and per night

CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
• Cleaning and disinfection carried out between stays.
• Ecolab-certified cleaning products.
• Bed linen and towels washed at a minimum of 60º degrees.

NOTICE
• Due to the severe drought in the region, the Government has requested water consumption restrictions. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention/understanding not to use water unnecessarily, in order to minimize the effects of this problem. There may be periods of low water pressure and even prohibition of pool usage.
• Building works until 31/05/2024 and from 01/10/2024 onwards (during these periods there may be noise from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).

Location, apartment had everything you could need, excellent wifi. Lovely complex. SAPvillas staff were great, very accommodating and looked after all our requirements. Would be great to have a small safe in the apartment for passports etc. A washing machine would be ideal, if possible.
