Outbuilding in the farmhouse, composed of living room with fireplace, kitchenette, double bedroom + 2 bunk beds + 1 single bed (sofa bed). separate entrance to the garden. The property has been completely renovated recently according to earthquake standards and respecting the original structure of the house. A kit of the apartment you can enjoy a large garden, playground and walks. Swimming pool in summer.
