comfortable villa on one level overlooking two private gardens, where you can sunbathe on comfortable armchairs and eat in the shade of a fragrant lemon in complete relaxation; it can accommodate from 2 to 5 people, each room overlooks the outdoor garden, the house develops into a kitchen area with table and chairs, fridge, oven, washing machine, 2 bedrooms, the 1st with a 160 cm double bed, a sofa for the television area, the 2nd with a 160 cm double sofa bed, single bedroom space with single sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower, 5 minutes walk from the center of viale Nettuno (restaurants including the famous arch, bars, ice cream parlors) and 5 minutes walk from the sea (Saint Tropez factory)
