Better than the photos and description!

We had a lovely stay at this apartment, it is like a Tardis and much better than the photos and description suggest. It's on 3 levels with the lounge, kitchen, toilet/shower room and spacious terrace with fantastic views on the entry level. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms one with twin beds the other a double with a French balcony facing the same way as the upstairs terrace. Both have ample wardrobes and drawers. There is also a bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and sink. Also some storage space in the hall area. Upstairs from the entry level there is a twin room with a Velux window and air conditioning. Also a surprise, quite small, but useful toilet. Across from the room is a covered laundry room with washing machine and sink and plenty of hanging space. This room could double as a dry sauna! Open another door and there is another little outdoor space. Like others have said, this is a nice quiet location and community area with hardly anyone else using the facilities while we were there and within easy reach of anything you could need. Good communication and a hassle free booking from very friendly hosts too. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

Location, Location, Location

We've recently come back from staying in Torremolinos. My husband and I with our 2 grown children (21 & 23). The property is very well situated by the beach, a 2 block walk. When we first arrived, we had electrical problems but Vincent quickly attended to them and called in an electrician. Our problem was fixed but a few days later, the power went out for many of the second floor tenants. It too was quickly attended to and the power was restored the next morning. This apartment is on 3 floors, the main, an upper and lower. The AC is in the upstairs bedroom only, the lower bedrooms have ceiling fans and windows/doors. There is also a ceiling fan on the main floor for air circulation. It is very close to many food markets, banks, shopping, restaurants, bars and the beach. The kitchen was clean and very practical. All appliances worked well. The wifi was good as well. The pool is nice and the elevator is a bonus. The balcony views are nice, you can see the water. A recommendation for the owner is to have garbage cans on all levels as there was only one in the kitchen. Thank you for allowing us to use your space, it was comfortable. Caroline and Mario

Très grand appartement avec toutes les commodités. À environ 500 mètres de la plage. Peut-etre un peu plus de literie (qualité un peu mimces, edredon manquants et pas beaucoup d'oreillers pour ceux qui en utilisent plus d'un) piscine extra

Locatie en appartement goed

Alles is in de buurt. Bus voor de deur, alle richtingen, links en rechts supermarkt, Nederlands restaurant en slager links op de hoek, strand 300 meter, uitzicht vanuit appartement naar zee. 3 slaapkamers en wc’s, oven, complete keuken. Heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Near beach, nice views!!

Great location, easy access to the beach with many nice restaurant and bars..one we would definitely recommend is The View really nice food and very friendly owners/staff Vincent is a great host went out of his way to post back documents we left behind...muchas gracias.

Family Holiday

Vicente was lovely - nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived the previous occupants had notified (as they were leaving that morning) that the ceiling fan had broken and they were busy fitting a new one as we arrived but this was no hassle to us as kids jumped in the pool and we unpacked, by the time we were finished they had done. A lovely tray of fresh fruit in the fridge awaited us which was much appreciated and we needed a 2nd set of keys - again no problem - he came up with a second set. The pool area is very large with a large shaded area for people like me who cannot stay too long in the sun - meant I could sit in the shade with a good book whilst the kids enjoyed theirselves

Very comfy clean apartment. Three bathrooms which was excellent. Every last thing catered for. Pool area spectacular Owner lived on site and made sure we were okay Very slightly out of the action which is good when you have kids with you. Short walk to the lovely beach. Would use apartment again as perfect for large families but would take our own plug adapters.

Bien situé et lumineux

L’appartement est très bien situé avec arrêt d’autobus juste en bas et le train à proximité , la terrasse avec vue sur la mer est très belle et rends l’appartement lumineux . Par contre les lits ne sont pas du tout confortables et la vaisselle serait à renouveler , petit problème avec le courant mais monsieur Manolo est venu régler cela sur le champs même si il était tard , c’est un homme très serviable et fiable qui est toujours de bonne humeur et prêt à nous aider , très bon appartement pour une famille avec des enfants , la piscine et le jardin sont très propres .

Great location

This is a lovely apartment much bigger than it looks in the photos , we had the pool to ourselves for the week and it is a big pool .Vincent the owner was most welcoming and lives in the downstairs apartment so if needed he is there really nice and funny character thanks mark and family
