This beautifully appointed one bedroom flat comes with all amenities and a parking space, rare in Windsor center. With the town center a mere 5 minute walk, you have on your doorstep, Windsor Castle, the theater, 2 rail stations and the buzz of Royal Windsor. The contrast of Windsor Great Park, the tree lined Long Walk, great restaurants, St Georges Chapel, Eton, Savill Gardens, Legoland and immediate connections to Heathrow and motorways provide the opportunity of a wonderful holiday. Kings Road is best described by the attached photos and offers elegant living. We have one double bedroom and a further bed by arrangement. The kitchen is bright and has modern appliances. There is a lovely eating area and a refurbished bathroom/shower. No smoking zone and we prefer not to have pets.

Windsor

Chris is a great host, very welcoming and on hand should you need help. The apartment is brilliantly located, close to all the shops for provisions and everything Windsor has to offer. We would definitely stay again and recommend to any wanting a self catering stay in the Windsor area.

5 weeks in Windsor

This is one property that is just as the photos show. The kitchen is very well equipped—- many windows throughout so light and airy. As for the evenings there are many lamps for ease of reading. The train station is a short walk— and easy to learn the amazing public transportation system in England. We went into London several times a week to tour the museums. We also traveled to York as well as Bath. As for our landlord Chris —- well what a fine English gentleman—— and so patient with our many questions. I would highly recommend this flat. Ann

Perfect holiday break

Well maintained, comfortable and cosy flat within walking distance of central Windsor. Easy train/bus links and near excellent roads for driving. All amenities included and the car parking is a bonus. Daily walks around long walk and along river are beautiful.

Excellent location to centre of town and stations. Parking a bonus. Could be noisy if flight paths changed but no doubt this applies to the whole of Windsor.

Wonderful Flat

This flat is in a perfect location to tour Windsor. It is fully equipped, clean, and well organized. There is also a washer/dryer unit available for use. The shower is also great after a day of touring Windsor on foot. I highly recommend this flat. You will not meet better hosts than Chris and Linda.

Lovely flat.

Lovely flat, very well equipped. Centrally located for walks, restaurants, Windsor castle and train stations. Owner was extremely helpful and informative. We had a fabulous week in Windsor. We would highly recommend this flat.

Elegance and Convenience

Light, airy, comfortable elegance without being pretentious. Chris and Linda were very friendly and helpful, we met them around town at several concerts and services in St George's Chapel. The flat had everything we needed, including a large dishwasher and is a few minutes walk from the castle. We only took the car out one day to visit the Magna Carta monuments, so the private car park was essentail. The local pub, The Corner House, had a huge array of beers, along with half price cocktails and pizzas at a reasonable price. There were many other eateries, not cheap and most seemed to add an "optional" service charge, but good quality and interesting food. The town was crowded and the traffic congested most of the time, but this is only to be expected in such an ancient and historic town.

In the heart of everything

Our stay was for the coronation concert which was amazing, but the proximity of the location was ideal for exploring Windsor on foot and would stay again

The best yet!

Without doubt the best equipped, and most comprehensive introduction to a, holiday let we have stayed in. Great location and the parking space is invaluable in Windsor. Recommend the Queens Walk (guide yourself brochure in apartment) - takes about 4 hours (with coffee stop) and its free!!

What a gem!

FANTASTIC place. Chris met us on arrival and what a lovely chap, explained how everything worked, recommended places to go/see and places to eat. The apartment had everything we needed, it was just a very short walk into the town, shops, eateries and to Windsor Castle and St George's Chapel, which are a must see. We were very comfortable in the apartment which made it all so much better having a car parking space. Thank you Chris and Linda

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was close to everything! Chris was so kind as to get us a fan due to the extreme heat! He went above and beyond to make our stay as lovely as it was! I will most definitely be back!

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It was very clean and new and well equipped. The private off road parking space was a real bonus in Windsor. The host met us on arrival and is a perfect gentleman. He explained where everything was kept and how it all worked. If we needed anything he lives only a few doors away. I highly recommend this accommodation for any couple wishing a break in this area. It is within a few minutes walk of Windsor Town Center and Castle.

Site Seeing around Windsor

We really enjoyed our stay in this immaculate and comfortable apartment. The owners Chris and Linda have thought of everything. Chris met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and a full explanation about the apartment. He was easily available by phone if there were any problems. All the attractions and a wide variety of restaurants are within walking distance. Hope to go back in the future. Ron & Debbie

Perfect accommodation in Windsor

This property is an ideal place to stay for all the attractions in Windsor and an easy commute into central London. It is modern, clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It is short walk into Windsor town centre. The property owner gave a very thorough tour and explanation of the property and made himself available by phone and email should we encounter any problems (which we didn't). We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Windsor.

I had a lovely two weeks in Windsor. Chris & Linda were lovely hosts and very quick to reply.

Fabulous. I would highly recommend. The owners were very quick to reply to any questions I might have. Clean and lovely accommodations. I could of stayed forever. Easy walk to town or the train stations. Thank you Chris & Linda.

A Perfect Windsor Retreat

We had a thoroughly satisfying short stay in Windsor in this beautiful apartment on Kings Road. For those seeking a comfortable place to stay in Windsor this apartment should not be bypassed. It is delightfully furnished, very comfortable and spacious. It has a very adequate kitchen adjoining a dining nook, a large lounge with very good TV and Wi-Fi and an extremely nice bedroom with adequate wardrobe space. It also has an off-street car park. UK visit to Windsor August 2019

Property was excellent throughout and very comfortable. Ideal location for visiting Windsor and surrounding areas. Great train services into London from Windsor and station is ~ 20 mins walk from apartment.

We have got to know Windsor very well and love living here . We use and enjoy all the local amenities and have connections with Windsor Castle, St Georges Chapel and the Windsor Festival. We have just bought the property , have refurbished it and use it both privately and for holiday rentals . We are close at hand to advise and help holidaymakers and aim to create an opportunity for a wonderful break in this beautiful and historic location .

Windsor is uniquely beautiful and full of British history .
Set in the middle of Windsor Great Park living here feels like being in the country ! The town has lots of great amenities including the famous Castle, St Georges Chapel, Windsor Great Park, wonderful restaurants, a theater and over the bridge across the Thames, Eton .
With Legoland , Saville Gardens, Wisley all close by the town is brilliantly served by trains to London and is close to Heathrow airport and the M4 and 25 motorways .
