Our accommodation is in the historic center, in a strategic position within the UNESCO Arab-Norman itinerary.
It is located exactly 100 meters from the Zisa Castle, in a very convenient area for visiting the main monuments of the city. You can forget your car and take advantage of all the services at your fingertips.
Upon entering the house, you will breathe the charm of living in the Sicilian liberty. The entire building was built a century ago by Sergio's great-grandfather and inside the apartment you can observe the original design of the designer.
The accommodation is suitable for couples, families and business travelers.
It can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The accommodation is newly renovated and equipped with every comfort. It is 115 square meters large, particularly bright, offers large spaces and relaxation areas.
It is located on the first floor without a lift. It is air conditioned and consists of an entrance hall, a living room with TV, stereo hi-fi, fireplace and two sofas (one of which contains two real single beds with orthopedic mattresses), a dining room, two triple bedrooms. (furnished with double bed and single bed), a kitchen equipped with everything you need, including very useful small appliances and a large bathroom with tub / shower, equipped with hairdryer, linen, shampoo, etc.
Each bedroom has a nice balcony and is equipped with a 32-inch LED TV. A private green corner with table and chairs will offer you pleasant moments of intimate relaxation on the terrace.
On request we can provide an extra bed for children.

Dans un quartier animé proche du centre historique, l’appartement est super pour visiter Palerme. Spacieux et confortable. Sans oublier la gentillesse du propriétaire et de sa famille qui ont tout fait pour nous simplifier notre séjour et le rendre agréable.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien équipé
L'accueil de Sergio et Stefania était très chaleureux. L'appartement est bien équipé et nous avions même le nécessaire pour le premier petit déjeuner. L'appartement est proche du centre historique de Palerme. Sergio nous a fourni une liste de restaurants à proximité (excellents!) et était toujours prêt à répondre à nos sollicitations.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment
We could not have had a better stay with Sergio and his wife, communication was fantastic from before we arrived, they very kindly allowed us to check-in early, and had lots of great advice. As well as this they had left us a lovely welcome of fruit, wine and local biscuits. The apartment was beautiful and very clean, and had plenty of space for our family of 5. I could not recommend the apartment highly enough.

Palermo ist einfach großartig
Wir können nur das beste berichten. Der Vermieter hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns somit eine anstrengende und zeitaufwändige Anreise erspart. Wir haben eine sehr saubere, geräumige und Zentrums nahe Wohnung vorgefunden. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Falls wir wieder einmal Palermo einen Besuch abstatten, würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Hôtes vraiment très accueillants et disponibles, avec fruits et collations d'accueil, et tous les produits de base (huile, lait, thé, café, etc). Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Très proche du supermarché Conad et du marché. A 10-15 minutes à pied de la cathédrale.

Nous avons été ravis
Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Palerme chez Stefania et Sergio, et en avons été ravis. L’appartement est vraiment très agréable et bien placé. Stefania et Sergio avaient mis un soin particulier à notre accueil, le lit du bébé était accompagné de jouets, divers produits frais nous attendaient dans la cuisine dont les placards sont bien remplis, nous n’avons vraiment manqué de rien. Merci à eux pour leur générosité et leur bienveillance. Autres points forts : la décoration et la propreté de l’appartement impeccable et les conseils et les bonnes adresses notés par Sergio (restaurants alentours, etc …), nous en avons essayés quelques-unes, c’était à chaque fois de belles réussites. Seul point faible : la mauvaise isolation phonique des fenêtres (très belles, mais anciennes) peut gêner les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger, on entend beaucoup le bruit de la vie nocturne de la rue. En conclusion, le rapport qualité/prix reste vraiment très avantageux, car la location n’est vraiment pas chère.

Rispetta le aspettative
La casa vacanze rispetta le mie aspettative, dalle foto sembra più grande, ma non ci siamo (i miei 5 amici ed io) trovati male. La zona non è bellissima, c'è un Conad a pochi passi e diversi luoghi in cui fare colazione. Un paio di appunti riguardano: Wifi: sarebbe utile scrivere nella descrizione che il wifi è disponibile, ma ad un massimo di 4 (o 5, ora non ricordo) dispositivi alla volta e che ha un massimo di 1GB al giorno. Mi ero portato il pc per guardare qualche sera un film in streaming su netflix, ma non è stato possibile per ovvie ragioni. Check-out: su Homelidays non vi è alcuna informazione sul check-out, lasciandoci un po' impreparati quando ci è stato chiesto di lasciare l'abitazione entro le 12:30, visto che siamo stati avvisati alle 11. Ho controllato su Airbnb e l'informazione lì è presente. L'unico inconveniente che abbiamo avuto è stato quello di scordare (causa disorganizzazione nostra) le chiavi nell'appartamento, non essendo possibile aprire la porta dall'esterno senza chiave siamo dovuti andare a prendere le chiavi in taxi, alle 22:30, dalla donna delle pulizie. Forse una copia o due in più avrebbero fatto comodo. Comunque sia il proprietario è stato disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista
E' stato un dispiacere dover andare. La casa è ottimamente arredata e rifinita, provvista di tutto e centrale rispetto alle principali attrazioni di Palermo. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. I proprietari sono stati molto ospitali e gentilissimi e ci hanno aspettato fino a tarda sera per il check in.
