Idyllic house on the mountain with wonderful views and pool
Walking through a landscape of stone walls and olive trees, holm oaks, pines and carob trees daily guarded by flocks of sheep, is Sa Caseta de Mancor, a small construction of the early nineteenth century, and formerly used as an animal stable.
It has been recently renovated with great charm to become a small house with all the comforts of contemporary life.
Sa Caseta de Mancor is located in the Sierra de Tramuntana of Mallorca, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2011.
Here you will enjoy the tranquility of a country house, where you can only hear the sound of cattle cowbells that pace, and from where you can easily access the village of Mancor de la Vall, which is about 5 minutes on foot. At night you will be accompanied by the stars and the moon.
This house is ideal for families and couples looking for authentic and rural Mallorca, who want to enjoy nature, relax in the interior of the island and can move in a few minutes to anywhere on the island.
Sa Caseta consists of a room with a double bed, a bathroom, a large room with a sofa bed and an armchair bordering the fireplace. The kitchen is integrated with the room completing the house.
The house is fully equipped guaranteeing all comforts and great comfort: air conditioning and heating both in the room and the living room, television with satellite channels, and Wifi. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances.
The exterior of the house is a real luxury. The pool with hammocks and umbrellas, and a dining area with outdoor table and benches to enjoy magnificent outdoor barbecues, calm and nature.
The house is located in a very quiet area, ideal for hiking, cycling or running through the different roads nearby. The house is 1km from Mancor de la Vall, a small town where there are some restaurants, cafes, ovens, a cashier, a pharmacy and a small supermarket.
5 minutes by car is the city of Inca where you will find all the necessary services and 20 km away is Alcudia with its magnificent beaches.
