Two rooms with bath ensuite, king bed, 43 'SAT TV, kettle with coffee and tea, minibar, safe box. The third room has a queen bed and private bath beside the room, 32 'SAT TV, kettle with coffee and tea, minibar, safe box. A small kitchen with hoven and induction fires is available for guests.

Rome with friends

This property was perfect for our stay. Loved the location....walking distance to the Coliseum, wonderful restaurants, markets, Gelato. We didn't want for anything! The owners responded quickly to all our needs! We highly recommend.....Grazie!

Roman holiday

5 of us stayed (2 couples and 1 friend) for 3 nights. It was a great apartment - we thought the location might be too far from the city center - but it was perfect! The apartment was quiet and each room in the apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the terrace/watching the colors change - sunrise, sunset, etc. We loved our stay!!

Nice place and well located. The patio is nice but unfortunately the glass doors can't be used. Lots of mosquitos so the main seating area was not ideal. Otherwise the place is great.

The manager and his team are incredibly professional and informative. The accommodation was perfect and the outside space was absolutely amazing! The location was ideal and the cafe at the entrance of the building was an added bonus! Lovely people and experience.

Nice stay among locals

We had an excellent stay. They had great communication and helped with transfers. If you take a transfer from the airport, just know you may need to walk outside the airport to find your driver. Took us a while to find him but then all was good. Each of the three bedrooms had an air conditioner. Loved that so we each could set to our own temperature. Hot water heater was replaced before we arrived. Worked perfectly! Plenary of hot water. And the water was good to drink. And across the street is one of Romes street water fountains with cold water. Delicious! No American coffee pot but we made due with coffee and filters we brought from home. There is a small perculator coffe pot that makes one serving. Washing mashing took some time to learn but was nice to have. We used many times and their is a nice drying rack. I recommend bringing your own shampoo, soap and conditioner hair dryer worked great! It was on the edge of the tourist area. Many in the building were residents. Loved that. And if you made a right turn out of the apartments you ended up in a non touristy restaurant and if you keep walking there are more. Just know you are not close to attractions (except Colosseum) but taxis are cheap.

Wonderful Stay in Rome

We stayed here for a week at the end of March and were very pleased. Communication was fantastic. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. It was great for us to all have our own space after long days of walking and exploring Rome. I highly recommend asking the owners to arrange transportation to and from the airport, it made things so easy, especially upon arrival. The location is within walking distance to so many sights and the metro station is only a 10-15 minute walk away. There are so many wonderful restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute walk. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Thank you for a fabulous stay for our first trip to Italy!

Convenient

This location is very convenient. Is close to the coliseum. The apartment has 3 nice rooms. The sharing living rooms were a little confusing. But we managed to spend a the last night in room on the patio for dinner. So that was beautiful. We couldn’t find the AC control for the outside. But we were able to have dinner on a hot climate. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you.

Perfect Rome lodging

Giuseppe helped us. Multiple times during our stay. We got locked out once, hair dryer broke (replaced quickly) and hot water issue corrected within hours.

Great location!

The location was phenomenal! Viviana and Eugenio at the cafe next door, were hospital and the food was stellar. They arranged closing the awning of the veranda so we could enjoy the outdoors without furniture being wet from the rain. We were disappointed that the washing machine was not easily accessible and an American coffee maker would’ve been helpful for our party of eight. Otherwise fully satisfied!

Reasonable location

Property is average. Photos are definitely staged to make it appear larger and brighter than it is in reality. I was very turned off by the continuous video monitoring INSIDE the property. We have stayed in multiple VRBO locations throughout Italy and the world and have never encountered this. Overall, “fine” but definitely not a place I would look to return to.

Convenient, spacious for family stay

Fantastic place for a Rome tour. Clear, spacious, comfortable beds, secure. Neighborhood restaurants (Contrario) were fantastic & Rome tour services were the best.
