There's also a family bathroom. The rest of the property contains a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and open fire. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a front seating area with a bench, as well as bike storage. Beacon Cottage is an excellent cottage for a small family or friends looking to explore the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Today's village thrives with several pubs serving fine ale and excellent food, a scattering of small shops and a delightful golf course surrounded by breathtaking countryside.
