Casa Mandian is a lovely Spanish apartment with 5* Reviews! This spacious apartment has stunning panoramic sea views, just 10 mins from Moraira town and 5 mins from Moraira's 4 fine sandy beaches. The property is surrounded by tropical trees and mature gardens. Guests will love swimming in the private pool whilst enjoying the amazing Mediterranean sea views and the tropical gardens. Large secluded sun/pool terrace, ideal for all day sunbathing and al fresco dining. Good quality loungers, tables, chairs, parasols, gas BBQ and table tennis. All rooms enjoy a superb sea view. Plenty of towels, Free 100mb Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi with good connection inside and an extender that reaches the pool terrace, 2 TV's/DVD's, ipod/iphone dock, and Radio are all included. Ideal for couples and golfers. Moraira itself is a genuine paradise set among the tropical greenery of the Costa Blanca, a 1st class tourist resort with excellent facilities and services. Moraira has 8kms of coastline, 4 beaches and with over 30 restaurants and many wine bars and coffee shops you will be spoilt for choice.

We fell in love with Moraira and the surrounding areas 14 years ago. The Mediterranean healthy lifestyle and with over 320 days of sunshine what is there not to like! We took the leap and moved from the UK in January 2012, making Casa Mandian our forever home.
The villa is split into two separate apartments, we live on the 1st floor, whilst our guests stay within the private ground floor apartment. Guests have exclusive access and use of the front tropical gardens, private pool, pool shower, table tennis and sun terraces all over looking the sea.
At Casa Mandian we aim to provide our holiday apartment guests with a top quality experience during their stay, ensuring the property, gardens and pool all meet high standards of quality, cleanliness and comfort.

The spacious apartment has stunning panoramic sea views from every room and is just 10 mins from Moraira town and 5 mins from Moraira's 4 fine sandy beaches.
What makes this property unique
Guests like us will fall in love with the breathtaking sea views across the Mediterranean from the guests exclusive pool, terraces and all the apartment rooms. All rooms face the sea so the apartment also benefits from lovely cooling sea breezes. This impressive Spanish villa is only 23 years old, it was beautifully built by craftsman using traditional local materials, Tosca stone for the arches, Terracotta tiled steps, giving a homely feel throughout. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
