About this property

Prime location. This delightful apartment is ideally situated in the best area of Mojacar. It is 150 metres to the glorious promenade and 2 minutes walk from a blue flag sandy beach with its loungers, umbrellas, exclusive bars and good selection of fine restaurants. The well cared for property consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning, fans and built in wardrobes. The spacious lounge/diner has 2 fans, air conditioning, TV and free internet. The separate fully fitted kitchen allows you to cook and wash your clothes. The lounge leads onto a south facing terrace which is adjacent to the pretty communal swimming pool. The property is reached by an outside set of 17 steps. It is one of eight in an exclusive sheltered complex at the end of a cul-de-sac. A bus, which takes you to all the amenities of Mojacar, stops at the end of the road. This apartment is perfect if you wish relaxing accommodation close to all you need in beautiful Mojacar Playa, the best of both worlds.

Fantastic Holiday

The apartment was excellent as was the location.superb beaches and Restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool was 10 steps from our front door which is not clear from the pictures.I hired a car and only used it 4 times to go to Mercadona for groceries,which was a 10 min drive away.Overall highly recommended and would certainly return in the future

Casa en Ventanicas El Cantal

La casa está muy bien. Con dos dormitorios con su baño cada dormitorio. Cocina equipada y salón. Un puntazo la piscina al lado de la puerta y muy tranquilita. Muy cerquita de la playa y del paseo marítimo con bares, pubs, restaurantes, heladerías, parques...al que puedes ir andando. El pueblo de Mojácar a 10 minutos en coche. Muy recomendable de ver. Un pueblo con mucho encanto.

Just back from a fantastic break on Mojacar.

Well presented apartment in a small complex. Most of the apartments are not rented out, so we had the sole use of the pool for our entire visit. Very safe and secure area. Lovely resort with lots of restaurants with very good food with walking distance.

Nice small friendly complex. Close to sea BUT up a hill. Hard going in the heat. Not suitable for elderly Swimming pool was emptied without prior notice took days to refill. Several small problems not resolved One bed left in a filthy condition. Missed by cleaner.? How could that happen?

Over all experience

Second time being back in mojacar, absolutely love it. First time at this apartment was fab, didn't get off to a great start due to the boiler breaking down, but the Landlords dealt with this great, we were also refunded money back, and a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates which I was very touched about, felt like home, very comfortable and clean, loved the pool being so close for a morning swim, only 2 minute walk to the beach and some of our favourite restaurants and bars, definitely recommend and for sure will be back again

Home from home

Apartment was superb. Comfortable with everything you will ever need for a relaxing holiday. Location was ideal for the pool, beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Although Mojacar playa has been developed it still has a homely, friendly feel with a slow pace of life. Beaches are great for walking, swimming or rock pooling and the promenade makes getting about on foot or bike. Local buses run every half hour along this coastline or up to the village where the views are spectacular. We will definitely be back. Thank Helen and Richard you have a little gem.

Fabulous Apartment

Great location, close to great restaurants and bars. Set at the more sophisticated end of the beach. Very clean modern accommodation with everything you could possibly need even down to British tv. We didn’t cook once, when you can go to Levante and get 2 coffees, tuna and cheese on toast and fresh orange for a fiver! We loved mojacar, getting the bus up to the old town on the hill for just over a Euro. The views are breathtaking while eating menu of the day for €10 each including a glass of wine. Titos on a Sunday afternoon live music great food, all in all a fabulous holiday.

Back for a third time ...

All previous comments regarding cleanliness, standard of furnishing, and location still all remain as true as they were when we first came in 2017. So much so that we are back again in August for more. Pity we chose the worst Easter weather Spain has seen in 30 years, but even through the rain, it made a cosy night in or two. The pool has been refurbished too, now tiles run flush to the pool edge and it looks very smart, too cold in Easter mind. Road has been resurfaced as well and the apartments opposite have all just been repainted so it looks very smart all round. We entertained my family and friends 6 of us in all and the well equipped kitchen and space meant this was no problem, even ate by the pool. Dont just take my word for it, try it yourself...

Feels more like a home than a holiday home!

Superb find! The apartment was absolutely spotless and no expense had been spared on the furnishings and fittings. Great communication from the owners before we arrived and all our requests were easily catered for. Overall a great stay in a great apartment, Many Thanks.

Mysigt, bra läge

Trivdes väldigt bra i lägenheten, det ända som vi saknade var diskmaskin. Litet och mysigt område. Nära till stranden och den härliga strandpromenaden. Det som drog ner betyget var renoveringen av poolen och runt den. Men det blev jättefint, dessutom tog dom hänsyn och startade arbetet runt 9-tiden varje morgon. Trivs såå bra i Mojácar så vi kommer gärna tillbaka ! Bibbi & Ralf

An amazing apartment

A truly fantastic apartment, with every facility anyone could possibly want. It was spotlessly clean and a great deal of thought had gone into the furnishings, making it very comfortable. We would go so far as to say it is the best apartment we have ever stayed in and have no negative comments to make. We would certainly recommend the apartment and hope to return in the future.

We live in Stirling in central Scotland. We have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. Graham is a retired Head Teacher and Helen is a retired Health Visitor. Graham speaks fluent Spanish and French.

Why they chose this property

We travelled extensively along the Southern and Eastern coasts of Spain looking for our ideal location. As we drove beside the long sandy beach of Mojacar we knew this was somewhere we wanted to return to. Having looked at lots of properties during two more visits, we saw Cueva del Lobo on the internet at home. We looked on Google Earth and wondered if it would be as good in reality. It exceeded our expectations. We put in an offer on the next morning. We have enjoyed refurnishing our home. For us the reality has matched the dream. We have found our place to make memories and hope you will make some too. As they say in Spain, "our home is your home" - "nuestra casa es su casa".

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the apartment with its good sized rooms and 2 bathrooms. We have found being right next to the pool a big bonus. We like the complex which is small, friendly and well cared for. The climate is, of course, unbelievable for us Scots. The location is perfect - beautiful, clean, sandy beach, a wide variety of very good quality restaurants and, of course, the lovely promenade, ideal for strolling by day or in the cool of the evening. What more could you ask.
