Prime location. This delightful apartment is ideally situated in the best area of Mojacar. It is 150 metres to the glorious promenade and 2 minutes walk from a blue flag sandy beach with its loungers, umbrellas, exclusive bars and good selection of fine restaurants. The well cared for property consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning, fans and built in wardrobes. The spacious lounge/diner has 2 fans, air conditioning, TV and free internet. The separate fully fitted kitchen allows you to cook and wash your clothes. The lounge leads onto a south facing terrace which is adjacent to the pretty communal swimming pool. The property is reached by an outside set of 17 steps. It is one of eight in an exclusive sheltered complex at the end of a cul-de-sac. A bus, which takes you to all the amenities of Mojacar, stops at the end of the road. This apartment is perfect if you wish relaxing accommodation close to all you need in beautiful Mojacar Playa, the best of both worlds.

Great appartment in fantastic location

Appartment is fantastic great location , close to bars , resteraunts and the beach It has everything you could possibly whant and more , beds are so comfy,air on is a bonus, right at side of the pool (that felt like our own most of the time )

Fantastic Holiday

The apartment was excellent as was the location.superb beaches and Restaurants within easy walking distance. The pool was 10 steps from our front door which is not clear from the pictures.I hired a car and only used it 4 times to go to Mercadona for groceries,which was a 10 min drive away.Overall highly recommended and would certainly return in the future

Great Apartment

We have used this apt several times, it is a lovely apt and close to beach, shops, bars, and restaurants . There is a lovely promenade which has been extended to give you a long seaside stroll .We will use the apt in the future without hesitation. D&M Scottish Borders.

Fabulous Apartment

Great location, close to great restaurants and bars. Set at the more sophisticated end of the beach. Very clean modern accommodation with everything you could possibly need even down to British tv. We didn’t cook once, when you can go to Levante and get 2 coffees, tuna and cheese on toast and fresh orange for a fiver! We loved mojacar, getting the bus up to the old town on the hill for just over a Euro. The views are breathtaking while eating menu of the day for €10 each including a glass of wine. Titos on a Sunday afternoon live music great food, all in all a fabulous holiday.

A fantastic property, perfectly located for the beach, lots of lovely restaurants, beach bars

Excellent location and well maintained apartment with homely touches, resident neighbours very friendly and helpful. Information and welcome note left by owners added to the personal touches. Some days the shared pool was not used by other apartments and felt like your own private pool. Food great and reasonably priced in all local restaurants. Plenty to do for the children, bus stop across the road to Mojacar pueblo allowed easy access to the entertainment in the square in the evenings throughout July. Will definitely return if Helen and Graham will have us! Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely apartment in quiet location

My husband, sister and myself enjoyed a weeks stay in this apartment early October. The apartment is in a very peaceful location and yet only a minute from the beautiful promenade and a good selection of restaurants. The apartment was perfect for us having the 2 bathrooms and we always had the pool to ourselves. We did have a couple of minor problems but these were quickly sorted out by the helpful staff at Price Brown who manage the apartment. We ate out every night and would highly recommend Sensations restaurant about 7 minutes walk away.

Nice small friendly complex. Close to sea BUT up a hill. Hard going in the heat. Not suitable for elderly Swimming pool was emptied without prior notice took days to refill. Several small problems not resolved One bed left in a filthy condition. Missed by cleaner.? How could that happen?

Casa en Ventanicas El Cantal

La casa está muy bien. Con dos dormitorios con su baño cada dormitorio. Cocina equipada y salón. Un puntazo la piscina al lado de la puerta y muy tranquilita. Muy cerquita de la playa y del paseo marítimo con bares, pubs, restaurantes, heladerías, parques...al que puedes ir andando. El pueblo de Mojácar a 10 minutos en coche. Muy recomendable de ver. Un pueblo con mucho encanto.

Just back from a fantastic break on Mojacar.

Well presented apartment in a small complex. Most of the apartments are not rented out, so we had the sole use of the pool for our entire visit. Very safe and secure area. Lovely resort with lots of restaurants with very good food with walking distance.

Over all experience

Second time being back in mojacar, absolutely love it. First time at this apartment was fab, didn't get off to a great start due to the boiler breaking down, but the Landlords dealt with this great, we were also refunded money back, and a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates which I was very touched about, felt like home, very comfortable and clean, loved the pool being so close for a morning swim, only 2 minute walk to the beach and some of our favourite restaurants and bars, definitely recommend and for sure will be back again

We live in Stirling in central Scotland. We have 5 children and 4 grandchildren. Graham is a retired Head Teacher and Helen is a retired Health Visitor. Graham speaks fluent Spanish and French.

Why they chose this property

We travelled extensively along the Southern and Eastern coasts of Spain looking for our ideal location. As we drove beside the long sandy beach of Mojacar we knew this was somewhere we wanted to return to. Having looked at lots of properties during two more visits, we saw Cueva del Lobo on the internet at home. We looked on Google Earth and wondered if it would be as good in reality. It exceeded our expectations. We put in an offer on the next morning. We have enjoyed refurnishing our home. For us the reality has matched the dream. We have found our place to make memories and hope you will make some too. As they say in Spain, "our home is your home" - "nuestra casa es su casa".

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the apartment with its good sized rooms and 2 bathrooms. We have found being right next to the pool a big bonus. We like the complex which is small, friendly and well cared for. The climate is, of course, unbelievable for us Scots. The location is perfect - beautiful, clean, sandy beach, a wide variety of very good quality restaurants and, of course, the lovely promenade, ideal for strolling by day or in the cool of the evening. What more could you ask.
