Villa Safia a lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa situated in Coral Bay with both sea and mountain views. Perfect for families or couples It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a lovely private garden with mature plants and palms with off road parking, the outside dining area is covered by a pergola with bougainvillea growing over to provide shade plus it is fully enclosed offering total safety from the pool for little ones.. There is a charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops,restaurants,bars, and supermarket are all within a 7 minute walk beaches less than 10 mins walk, and bus stop with a regular service into Paphos and the Water Park. Air-conditioning is included The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Excellent holiday

Villa Safia is light bright and airy, tastefully furnished and very well equipped with lovely gardens, terrace area and pool. It’s well located for a short walk to a beach and 20 minute walk to Coral Bay strip with restaurants etc. it was very hot throughout our stay so we didn’t explore as much as we should have but tried 3 different restaurants and regularly used a lovely one overlooking the sea. Lisa, our host, went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect with prompt communication, arranging airport transfers, a hotel for the day awaiting our late return flight, and even bought us some wine for our late arrival. Highly recommend this lovely villa.

Lovely villa

We had a nice stay at this lovely bright and airy villa. The accomodation was just right and great to spend time by the pool relaxing. The location is good - within walking distance of two beaches as well as local restaurants and also the bus terminal. The detailed information pack was very useful too. Thanks for a lovely stay

We had an amazing holiday staying here. Lisa communicated brilliantly with us from the initial booking to our return home. We arrived late on the first day of our stay to find the fridge stocked with essentials which was a lovely gesture. Thank you Lisa. The Villa itself was spacious and very clean. The outdoor pool area was perfect and a little sun trap. No need to visit the beach but if you do want to - it is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Coralia beach which always had available sun beds to hire and every facility. The Villa is very close to bars and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed ‘Legends’. The main Coral Bay high street with many different types of restaurants and bars is a little further away - 20 minute walk but comes alive on an evening from about 8pm. We also hired a car so we’re able to visit lots of places around and about. However, there are buses to Pathos which you can catch just a couple of minute’s walk from the Villa. The pool was hoovered and cleaned midway through our stay and bedding and towels were changed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you to Lisa and her team.

Overall property was in good condition, pool area could do with a bit of a tidy, a few large weeds through cracks in tiles and sunbeds were a bit grubby and greasy so didn't use them. Area nice and quiet overall we had a very good time, none of the things mentioned above detracted from our stay just thought i,d mention them so owner is aware.

Lovely Villa, great location.

Really enjoyed our stay, the Villa is really lovely and very spacious with wrap around gardens so there was always somewhere to sit to get the sun, pool area is really good for sunbathing, eating and evening drinks. Really nice quiet location, easy walk to nearest beach, restaurant and mini market, slightly longer (1k) walk to Porto Antico restaurant but worth it, fabulous food and service with very friendly staff. Philippos hypermarket is about 20 mins walk but they have a fantastic free taxi service and take you and your shopping back to the Villa, good regular bus service into Paphos too so you don’t need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield. Would definitely recommend a stay at this Villa.

Great villa

The villa has everything you need, we hired a car but there’s a supermarket nearby that will also deliver your shopping. There’s some great pubs too. Coral bay is beautiful, it was our first visit but will definitely be back and would book this villa again if it’s available.

Böden waren verstaubt, Gläser Töpfe schmuddelig, Wasserausfall im Haus, Wasserausfall in der Gemeinde, Propangas leer keine Ersatzflasche vorhanden, in der Vorsaison wird ringsum viel saniert ( Bohrhämmer am Werk ) die örtlichen Bauern fackeln gerne Ackerabfälle ab: Brandgeruch oft und überall in der Luft. Kühl im Haus in der Vorsaison trotz Luftheizung, da überall nur harte Oberflächen. Bett Elternschlafzimmer zu schmal ( 1,20m).

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this lovely villa.

From booking to check in, was simple and easy. The Villa was in a quiet residential area, if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday, this is the villa for you. It was well equipped, has everything you need. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Lovely Villa

I stayed here with my family for a family wedding nearby. The villa was lovely and clean and stocked with the food essentials which was great for a hungry 4 year old when we arrived! We always had clear communication with the owners prior to flying, they organised our airport transfers and car seat. The villa is in a good location (we didn’t have a car) we could walk to the beach and local shops, restaurants easily. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you 😊

Perfect peaceful getaway

My daughter and I have just returned from an amazing week at the villa and we had the most fabulous time. We arrived on a Sunday evening to find lights were on which made the villa look very welcoming. There was essential foods including bread, milk, juice, cheese, and jams in the fridge. The welcome pack was really informative and useful. The villa itself was spotlessly clean as was the pool. The villa is in a really peaceful location but with all amenities and the beach close by. We would absolutely recommend the villa to our friends and family and would love to return in the future. Many thanks Lisa and Felix.

Private and relaxing villa

A lovely villa in a private residential area just 4 or 5minutes walk from the beach. There are several places to eat and drink very locally and it is a 10-15 minute walk to Coral Bay centre for all the shops. bars and restaurants, also a large supermarket and several smaller ones around the area. The villa is well equipped and we also had a welcome pack left for our late night arrival, thank you Lisa. Plenty of towels and bedding which were changed after the first week, good wifi, lovely picturesque garden full of flowers and fruit trees, the air con worked well when the heat got too unbearable. There is an android box for uk tv though it could be a little flaky at times, fortunately I had taken my firestick so was able to use that as it was a bit more stable. Everything was in good working order including all bulbs which isn't always the case at other rentals. I had completely forgotten that the plugs in Cyprus are UK type 3 pin plugs but was saved by the villa having a number of 2-pin adaptors that were available to use. We would be happy to return here, thank you.

Perfect for our family holiday!

This was the first time booking a villa and it couldn’t have been easier. Lisa was extremely helpful with any questions we had and in helping us book taxis to and from the airport. She also put us in touch with someone that we could rent baby/toddler equipment from, which was really useful. The villa itself was lovely and exactly like the photos. We had a little welcome hamper waiting for us, including water, milk, juice, coffee, bread, butter and jam. Great that the pool was gated off, so the little ones couldn’t run around it. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, and the bus stop, which took you into Coral Bay, the main strip where lots of bars and restaurants are. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and pleasant stay. Thank you very much! Would highly recommend! 👍

Quiet and Private

We booked the villa quite late due to watching the covid situation in the UK. We were pleased to find a property managed by Lisa and Felix as we have stayed with them previously giving us an indication of the standard. Villa Safia is a good sized property both inside and out, and had all of the facilities we needed. Located in a quiet cul de sac and surrounded by mature plants and hedge adding privacy. Being located on the edge of town the villa is not overlooked from the rear and gives a good view of the hills. Frequent visits from Kestrels flying overhead and hunting. The rear balcony was also a good spot for evening drinks and spotting shooting stars. Lovely outside dining area to the front of the villa looking out towards the west with palm trees and sunset skies. Walking distance to both beaches, supermarkets and bars. excellent villa, excellent location, quiet and private Gary & Dawn. Hull

Holiday at Villa Safia

Pros 1. Good Internet 2. UK TV 3. Close to amenities 4. Good level of information with useful tips and discounts 5. Very spacious property 6. Excellent AC Cons 1. Pool not cleaned during our stay so couldn’t use it 2. Next-door dogs barked at various times throughout the day and night, very annoying 3. Dogs kept in kennels or sanctuaries nearby barked and howled every morning approx. 0530 waking us up each time again very annoying 4. Constantly killed small ants that seemed to be everywhere, especially the bathroom and living room 5. Very bad smell of sulphur from the upstairs bathroom forced us to ring Felix asking for his assistance, however, he never replied. Had to chase Lisa in the end who did reply but with very limited advice that didn’t help at all. 6. Property not as clean as expected. Smell of urine in downstairs toilet.

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
