Windemere 501
Great location and place to stay. A little outdated, needs minor repairs and floors were dirty but other than that terrific. Loved having the balcony with beautiful view of white sand and ocean as far as you can see. We got to see some dolphins and the blue angels flew over us while we were in the water. So Awesome!

Loved this condo. It fit our needs perfect! Best and shortest walk to the beach. Nathan (chair guy) was absolutely amazing! I am a breast cancer survivor and can’t carry much and he pulled the wagon up and down the beach for us.

Amazing Condo
Our stay was absolutely great! From the Property, Location, Beach & Friendly Staff, everything was great. We have stayed in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach the last few years and decided to stay in Perdido this year. It was by far the best yet. The Property was beautiful, very clean, elevator worked great, & the unit was supplied with everything we needed. Check in & check out was very smooth. We only had one issue arise, the spa tub wasn't working in our room. We called about it and they sent someone out immediately to get it fixed. If you are looking for a spacious, quiet & family friendly place to stay this is your spot. We give this unit 5 Stars and look forward to staying again next year!!

Winter Getaway
Although the weather didn’t always cooperate, we enjoyed our stay. Hope the pool heater is repaired soon. Kids could handle the cool temps, not many adults could.

Perfect space for our party
Overall, our experience was very good. The condo was well appointed and clean. The only complaint we had was the sliding glass door to the balcony would not stay on track and we had to call maintenance twice. They came quickly both times and were apologetic. A new sliding glass door needs to be installed.

Nice, but with 2 issues.
Our stay was enjoyable. I’ll be succinct. The master bedroom heavy sliding door would not open and the freezer would not close. This resulted in no ice and a little water on the floor. They were very accommodating and allowed us a later check out.

The condo was very nice. My only complaint was the master bath didn’t have a toilet paper holder and we couldn’t get the door to the balcony to lock. Other than that our stay was good.

Perdido Key - Windemere unit #501
Overall our experience was very good with this property and particular unit...although a few things need to be addressed. Very odd that the headboards weren't attached to the bed frames, the garbage disposal needs replacing (sounded broken), the washing machine is due to be replaced and a few of the pots/pans are reaching the end of their useful life. The parking ramp/garage is kind of tight so maybe think about leaving that Hummer at home! Overall, a nice unit.

Windemere 501
The room was not exactly what I expected for what we paid. Right off the bat we noticed one of the twin beds had a broken headboard and we wound up not using the bed at all. Had to use the pull out sofa instead. The master bed was very soft. If you like soft it’s for you but we found ourselves having to climb out of it. The refrigerator didn’t seem like it got cold but did keep everything plenty cold after a while. The dishwasher overflowed once and we had to soak up water but after it drained, was fine. The biggest complaint was the dryer. We had to run clothes for multiple cycles to get them dry. Towels took 4 or 5 cycles to get fully dry on high heat. Over all we had a good time but because we made due. Will probably not stay here again.

Beautiful beach and spectacular views
This property was very nice. Three bedrooms and three baths made the stay easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. Close to many delicious restaurants such as Fisherman's Corner and Perdito Seafood shop (they will prepare your seafood choices and have very reasonable prices). Great pool, hot tub, and work out room added to the overall positive experience. Any problems were taken care of immediately by the property managers. I would definitely come back again.
