A two bedroomed, two bathroomed south facing pueblo villa on an award winning private estate, 10 minutes walk through the avocado orchard and cliff path down to one of Costa del Sol's finest beaches. Located on the edge of Nerja with views of the beautiful gardens, sea, mountains and countryside, 5 mins drive into Nerja.
The house is built on three levels, the landing to the upper bedroom overlooking the lounge/dining area.
The well equipped kitchen is lit by halogen lighting, having ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle + board and opens up onto the terrace.
The lounge has a televison, with dvd palyer, a cd /rdio player with usb and bluetooth connections so you can play your own music

We had a brilliant time in this lovely house

we had a fantastic time in this lovely house, beautifully decorated, brandnew kitchen, great terrace - great views and very good beds (important:-)) everything you need for cooking and excellent wifi, so we could even work there. We would move in and will definitely come back!

Perfect winter stay

Such a homely, comfortable villa in the beautiful Oasis de Capistrano area. It was very quiet out of season which is just how we like it! The private balcony meant that we could sunbathe daily and then use the very efficient pellet burner to take any chill off inside when the sun went down. Weekly service of new bedding and towels was a lovely surprise as we hadn't read it in the blurb 😊 Would very highly recommend it and hope to stay again.

Highly recommendable!

It's a beautiful house and it is cosy and well furnished. I particularly loved the curtains in the bedroom ;-) The setting - The Oasis - is a feast for the eyes. (A piece of advise for winter guests: be sure to arrive with plenty of 1- and 2-euro coins for heating. It is not always easy to get hold of the coins, and our experience was that about 6 or 7 euros per day are needed to keep the house pleasantly warm when the night temperature is about 8 degrees celcius or below).

Schönes kleines Haus nahe am Meer

In der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und haben auch einige Male in der gut ausgestatteten Küche gekocht. Die Lage etwas abseits der Stadt aber dennoch nah genug um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Fantastiskt boende

Vi trivdes väldigt bra. Fin balkong, bra utrustat kök och bra badrum. Härlig vy från balkongen. Lugnt och mysigt polområde. Toppen med stolar och parasoller att ta med till stranden. Promenaden genom avokado- och mangoodlingarna till stranden var lite sisådär med stenar och trasig trappa. Det var det enda negativa för oss.

Lovely holiday

The apartment is in a very nice area with a nice pool. Beach is a bit difficult to reach because of the high mountains. The restaurants in the area was not so exciting. But the bus costs only 1 Euro and take you in to Nerja in about 5 minutes. Very nice apartment with good equipments.

Well equipped appartment in a well maintained complex. It takes a little walk to the beach, but there is also a swimming pool within the complex. The pictures give a good impression of the appartment.

Top Location!

Great house in a nice location with all needed equipment. Near to a wonderful beach with nice bars and restaurants. Clean swimming pool. Nice location to visit the nearby historical sights (e.g. Cordoba, Granada). Having a car is recommend if you e.g. wanted to go into the city centre. John was very respnsive to our requests and very accomodating. We love it there!! Thanks for all!

Nice but cold.

The house was interesting in a lovely setting and had everything we required of a holiday home except…….it was extremely cold when the sun left the balcony from around 4pm. Those Spanish properties aren’t built to cope with the low evening winter temperatures.

Great Location

The property was very clean and tidy and as described. Location was great for us, but we were aware of the location as we have travelled to Nerja many times. Location would not be ideal if you had mobility issues as there are a lot of steps to get the property. Communication with the owners was easy and response was always prompt. Would recommend!

Perfekt für die Familie mit Teenagern

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Andalusien und begeistert von der Anlage mit 2 Pools und bewässertem park-ähnlichem Garten. Erholsam, ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Viel Platz auf 3 Ebenen mit schöner Galerie für die ganze Familie. Toller Balkon. Unsere beiden Teenies haben ein eigenes Zimmer für sich gehabt. Klimaanlage mit Münzeinwurf war kostentransparent und mit rd. 1-2 EUR/Tag Einwurf für uns sowie Motivation zum sparsamen Gebrauch absolut in Ordnung. Der Strand ist über einen Hügel in 15min zu Fuß gut erreichbar (wegen abgelegenem Weg, vorbei an Obstplantagen, mit Zäunen und Hundebewachung zwar abends nicht allein zu empfehlen, aber gemeinsam kein Problem). Einheimischer Supermarkt in 5 Autominuten gleich ums Eck. Große Küche, geräumiger Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und reichlich Platz zur Bevorratung waren perfekt. Empfehlenswert: Mietwagen, um die gigantischen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis von 15min bis 60min gut zu erreichen (Nerja-Tropfsteinhöhlen, Malaga mit Kathedrale, Burganlage und Picasso-Museum, El Torcal Nationalpark und natürlich: Die bezaubernde Alhambra in Granada sowie Flamenco-Tanzabende). Kurzum: Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen bei den engl. Eigentümern über Fewo-direkt in El Oasis del Capistrano. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (abgerechnet in britischen Pfund). Juan und sein MItarbeiter waren rund um die Uhr ansprechbar auf der Anlage und am Pool. Eigentümer und Verwaltung waren ebenfalls über Whatsapp gut erreichbar und wir sind bestens durch Agentur und Eigentümer vorab informiert worden (z.B. flexible Ankunft durch Schlüssel-Safe mit Code am Eingang). Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für die ganz außergewöhnliche Unterkunft und den großen Einsatz!

Little Gem

We have stayed in several properties in Nerja and this has been by far the best. Comfortable and homely with excellent service from Steve. The pellet burner was a bonus on the cool evenings and the large balcony with sun loungers a godsend when we had to isolate for week because of covid. We hope to return next year.

Schöne Anlage

Schönes Haus, gut eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Ein großer, sonniger Balkon mit Blick auf die Anlage. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist klein und hat keinen Schrank. Das zweite Bad ist winzig und für Menschen über 1,80 Meter nicht nutzbar.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful complex.

We had an amazing holiday staying in your apartment. Very well equipped for us as a family, with lots of user friendly equipment for us to use. Location was great & the communication with the hosts were second to none. Loved Nerja Town, will definitely come back at some point. Would highly recommend this complex & apartment.

Great townhouse in lovely development

We’ve stayed in a number of properties in this development and really enjoyed our stay at Casablanca 19. The townhouse is set over a number of floors and has a great terrace for sitting out and either sunbathing or eating al fresco. The only slight annoyance was ants in the kitchen but it didn’t stop us enjoying our holiday. A property I’d definitely recommend.

Great stay in a beautiful house

I felt at home from the first day. The house is well designed and beautifully surrounded by tropical vegetation (the “urbanizacion” is amazing). It has a lot of light and I found it very comfortable. The beds are good and everything works fine. The kitchen is big and full of natural light which makes cooking a pleasure. The balcony is great, with sea views, where you can enjoy the sunrise and the sunset. It may not be suitable for everybody as you have to climb around 40 steps to reach the house, a bit hard when you are carrying luggage or the bags of pellets for the chip burner. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes’ walk away. The urbanization is located on the outskirts of Nerja and it takes 40 minutes to walk to the old part of town or about 5 minutes to drive. The most direct route into town is along some quite busy streets, but if you prefer, you can take an alternative route along the seafront and climb the pathway back to the urbanization. The good thing about living on the edge of the town is that it’s quiet and there are nice walks into the country just around the corner. Overall it is a great place to get a taste of Nerja.

We are based in Lincolnshire where we both work, which means we cannot get to our holiday home in Nerja as often as we would like. For the times we cannot go there we let it out.

Our interests are walking, tennis, sailing, skiing and enjoying relaxing in Nerja.

Why they chose this property

We were drawn to Nerja by its unique atmosphere, a varied coast line with individual beaches, a good climate and a large variety of restaurants, tennis and walking open all year round.

In our opinion Oasis de Capistrano is the prettiest urbanisation in Nerja, with lovely swimming pools, surrounded by developed palm trees and tropical gardens, in a peaceful environment with no parking problems.

We were attracted to our house, with split level floors, two bathrooms, juliet balcony, views of the sea and sun on the terrace all day, important in the winter, but also with shade in the hot summer months. The terrace is private and not overlooked. The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, which also provides warm air heating. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine and microwave, together with free wifi. For the cooler winter months there is a wood pellet burner to take the chill off the air.

What makes this property unique

The property is located on the edge of Nerja, with views of the sea and a romanesque adequaduct with lush countryside beyond. The beach, is just 10 minutes walk away through avocado orchards, and the centre of Nerja 20 minutes walk or by the local bus 5 minutes.

Shopping is close at hand with two well stocked supermarkets. The grounds of Oasis, which are built on the side of a valley, with a stream meandering through, has fish ponds, award winning gardens which give colour all year round. The established trees provide shade in the summer, and relaxing by the poolside beats many five star hotels.
