So comfortable!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this condo. Spacious rooms, comfortable bedding, and a big couch to relax on at the end of the night. Easy access to the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella set up for us every day before we got to the beach made it so easy on us parents to set up for the day.

Large Rooms, Great Stay; Recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were larger than most that I have stayed in. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Mike & Sue was excellent. It was super easy to grab the parking pass, park, and go straight up to the condo. I never had to wait on elevators to make extra trips. I also loved the parking situation (I hate parking decks). Always plenty of parking in the middle of July. A little construction was going on with nearby buildings/units but it did not impact us. I would definitely book again! My only complaint? I was only there for a week! :-)

Amazing condo!

Beautiful spacious condo comfortable for 6 people with amazing view of the beach from every window and a balcony, huge closets, beautiful kitchen and you walk out right to the beach. Many places to eat and shop within walking distance or a short drive.

Not great

The floor wasn’t clean. My daughter stepped on glass twice so I had to vacuum and sweep along with dirt and other debris. We expected an ocean view but it was boarded up. I shouldn’t pay for ocean view to have it blocked off. Telling us we couldn’t use the balcony isn’t communicating the extent of the situation. Renovations next door meant drilling and pounding starting at 8am daily so no sleeping in. Had we known, I wouldn’t have chosen this unit.

RENTER’S BEWARE! Take pictures of everything when you arrive, so you won’t be a victim like we are.

I had high hopes about this condo, especially considering the price we paid for our weekly stay. The hefty cleaning fee did not reflect the condition the unit was in. With that being said, upon arrival, the refrigerator needed cleaned out, the master toilet had blood on the seat, there was a lot of black mold in the master shower, the furnace filter looked like it had never been cleaned (so my husband cleaned that), cracked tile on the kitchen floor, & trash, water bottles & soda cans under east bed in guest room. I honestly don’t believe the unit was cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. The air quality & mold was not ideal for our family, considering we have a child with asthma. On Thursday of our week, we let workers in to fix the patio doors. And it was our daughter’s birthday that day so we were celebrating her at the time in between the noise. We never seen the pool as it must not have been close. Good luck getting beach chairs in the front row. We were on the beach at 7am when they set them up thinking it was first come first serve but the regulars get front row every time even if they didn’t show up that day. We were given 2 days of front row service and I thanked the workers and was appreciative as I could sit and watch my kids play in the water without obstructive views. Upon our departure, I always clean up & put towels all together, bed sheets gathered on beds, and make sure everything is put back in place as I’m a neat freak at home. We were contacted about a stain in the guest bathroom tub and have been told a hair product caused it. I don’t know what shampoo, conditioner or body wash can stain a fiberglass tub, but we are being charged a heavy fee for something that we have not been shown before arrival pictures and assuming it’s our fault. We live in a 6 bathroom home & have never accumulated any stains on our fiberglass tubs & use the same hair products daily. We have never been in this situation before, and had no idea we should have taken before & after pictures to prove our innocence. We would not stay here again or recommend it to others. We did not reach out to the owner during our stay because we cleaned up what we could & made the most of our time together. I have since reached out to the owner since this charge with no response.

Gorgeous views

This was the perfect condo for our family beach trip. It was clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views from all the rooms. We really enjoyed having the umbrellas and chairs set up for us everyday. My family had a wonderful time.

great location and size

This condo is in a great location and an excellent size for groups of six to eight to stay comfortably. Our only drawback was the unit was not very clean. The master bath had black/pink mold growing in the shower floor and ceiling. The master bath also had black mold growing in the toilet. We had to clean both before using. The beds was comfortable and clean. The kitchen floor was sandy upon arrival and the sink was dirty. The dishes were sticky and had to be washed before use. Once we cleaned these few things, we had a wonderful time staying in 1112. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would like for the pool to be in a better location, we ended up never visiting it, due to location. I thought the elevators were extremely prompt even to the 11th floor. Overall great property.

When can we return?!

This was our first visit to Destin, and we loved it! We really loved this wonderful condo. It was very spacious and had everything you could want. We especially loved the balcony. The location is great, and Mike was very responsive to any questions. Already thinking about when we can return!

Wonderful place to stay!

Condo exceeded our expectations- couldn’t beat the view!! We had 6 adults staying there- had everything we needed in the condo- clean overall, beds comfortable, plenty of kitchen utensils/dishes. Loved having coffee on patio every morning and easy walk to the beach! Bonus was having umbrella and chairs included for sitting on the beach- it was perfect! We definitely would stay here again!!
