The property is private & peaceful being located on a quiet cul de sac on the edge of the popular Montgo natural park. The large sun room at the front of the property has delightful views over the valley to the Sierra Bernia. The property is 10 minutes drive from Javea & 15 minutes drive from the Arenal beach.
