Overall a very nice stay. Location is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Our experience with other rental properties is bare necessities like toilet paper paper towels and salt and pepper are provided. Also most properties provide beach chairs and umbrella.
We had a large girl group and the house accommodated everyone great! Not to mention it was just a short walk to the beach and the host was very helpful.
The condo was in a great location. It was just what our family of four needed for our vacation. It was perfect. It was clean. And the views were great.
Well maintained, clean, great beach view. Not really crowded.
Nice property. Accessible to all kinds of activities. Comfortable inside and on the not crowded beach outside. Upgrades and maintenance had closed the garage which made parking crowded, but not impossible. Really loved gulf shores and will be back!
This was just as described in listing. Only issue was with access to the pool. We were never given a pool fob. Inquired about it but never a clear response. Therefore we were unable to use the pool or hottub the entire stay.
We loved it here! The elevator was super quick, everyone was friendly, and the check in was super easy! The only thing was the keypad at the room. We about couldn’t figure it out because you had to turn two knobs at the same time, but once we figured that out it was smooth sailing!!!
Beautiful view of the ocean. Quiet property. Hard to find entrance to site since it’s not marked because all of the buildings are so close together. Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Cabanas are not free for guests, it’s a $40 day rental fee.

So so…
It’s not as nice as the pictures show. Also don’t feel it was very clean. The check in process is off site which is okay but the lady told me we had to return the key fobs back to the off site location at check out or we would be charged a fee if they weren’t. My husband took them back and the lady told him we could’ve left them in the condo. That was frustrating.
I intially had problems communicating with Brett/Robinson properties through VRBO. They never responded when I had screwed up my reservation. I finally reached out to them in another way.
The property was clean and just as described. The location was great. We will definately stay here again.
The bathroom door needs some work. It will not close unless you push it so hard 4 condos down can hear you! And some of the drawers in the kitchen were hard to close. No biggie! We would stay there again. Just super annoying. Also… Brett and Robinson told us that we could get a 2nd parking pass from security on site (my husband and I drove separately). That was not the case. So we had to go back to Brett and Robinson again to get the pass. Traffic is horrible during the week of the 4th, which I’m sure you know. Again…just annoying. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Perfect vacation
When we arrived there was sand in the tub and all over the floors and there was hair all over the wall behind the door. The tub didn't drain well at all either. We didn't call the booking agency, we just took care of it ourselves. When we checked out we told them and they said they would have taken care of it immediately if we would have called. Other than the cleanliness issue, we had an amazing week. His is a great condo with a perfect location! I'd love to rent it again!
This condo was fine but definitely in need of a refresh. There was a large mark on the living room rug and a small mark on the upholstered chair. We spent a lot of time on the wonderful balcony but the plastic Adirondack chairs were not comfortable. The table and chairs were sturdy but discolored with age. This condo just did not meet the standards we expect from a VRBO offering.

Vacation
Floors were dirty, had sand on them when we got there. The sink in the bathroom would not drain. Had a problem getting TV to go to local channels. We contacted the property manager when we arrived on Monday, on one showed up until Wednesday.
Coffee pot not working, went and bought one. Internet and steaming TV not at all acceptable. Cable company gave us a 5 hour window to come out and take a look at it? We're on vacation. Don't want to spend my time getting things repaired.

Too small, too worn, too expensive.
The condo is very small, enough for my sister and I but definitely too small for 6. There is a coded door lock but you are required to stop at rental agency to get the code which I didn’t understand. Plus we were advised in writing and by email that our checkin time was 5pm although the agency office closes at 5, after which you must go to an alternate site for check in. In fairness, we arrived at office at 4 and they checked us in. The condo is older and has little usable seating (only the couch can be used to watch TV in living room) and VERY POOR LIGHTING in all rooms except kitchen. There is only the one small bathroom and the bathroom floor was not clean. The cabinets in the kitchen and bath are covered in paper which is peeling off. The kitchen was remarkably well equipped. The SS required a maintenance call. And the sleeper aspect was important since I was vacationing with my sister and we needed separate beds. This is not a luxury condo by any means. Overall, I thought the rental rate was much higher than I would pay again for this very small, older, one bath condo.

It’s the little things
We have stayed in gulf shores several times. The condo is right on the beach, which we love. The check in process was an absolute cluster. Stop at one building to check in and then go to your building. They had sent an email earlier in the week informing us we couldn’t check in til 5 due to covid, then called when we were an hour and half out to tell us our building would be closed for check in. The check out process was terrible too. Pleace call this number for check out, we checked out early, called and after 20 minutes left a message with a person who said she’d pass it on. Who knows how that works. The elevator had a piece of nasty carpet in it, smelled like a dirty diaper. Absolutely disgusting. The condo itself was ok, very nicely decorated, cleaning could use some tweaks, really just paying attention to detail. The ice machine didn’t work the entire week we were there. Overall, it was just ok. I prefer a smaller group to rent from. Usually we stay next door at the beach front and speaking with the owner makes such a difference. They go the extra mile. Calling Brett Robinson was a timely ordeal, and very unresponsive to emails. We will stick with the smaller, friendlier places. Our family loves gulf shores, so we will return again! This was our 7th time in 6 years!
The condo was clean and nice. It was a bit older than it looked in the pictures, but everything worked! The balcony chairs were very comfortable and the view was fabulous! Only one of the two elevators in the building worked, and that made wait time a bit long. The pool was lovely, but the hot tub was small and filled with children.
Property had beautiful calming decor and furniture. The balcony overlooking the beach and ocean allowed us to relax and watch the dolphins every day. Perfect size for us to unwind and walk right onto the beach for fun in the sun.
The condo was very cute and very clean. Perfect view right on the ocean. The location was great also!
My only complaint was the maintenance came to the condo and were not informed anyone was coming. Thankfully we were in the room at the time and it wasn't an issue but would have liked a heads. That aside, it was a great trip!
