We have stayed in gulf shores several times. The condo is right on the beach, which we love. The check in process was an absolute cluster. Stop at one building to check in and then go to your building. They had sent an email earlier in the week informing us we couldn’t check in til 5 due to covid, then called when we were an hour and half out to tell us our building would be closed for check in. The check out process was terrible too. Pleace call this number for check out, we checked out early, called and after 20 minutes left a message with a person who said she’d pass it on. Who knows how that works. The elevator had a piece of nasty carpet in it, smelled like a dirty diaper. Absolutely disgusting. The condo itself was ok, very nicely decorated, cleaning could use some tweaks, really just paying attention to detail. The ice machine didn’t work the entire week we were there. Overall, it was just ok. I prefer a smaller group to rent from. Usually we stay next door at the beach front and speaking with the owner makes such a difference. They go the extra mile. Calling Brett Robinson was a timely ordeal, and very unresponsive to emails. We will stick with the smaller, friendlier places. Our family loves gulf shores, so we will return again! This was our 7th time in 6 years!
