Charming, character cottage, situated a very quiet, almost traffic free, but central location with lovely views and garden, suitable for al fresco dining. There are two separate seating/TV areas making this property ideal for larger family groups. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, ferries and South West coastal path. The award winning (Blue Flag) beach is a 10 minute drive away. Castle Cove beach is a short walk away. Parking pass provided. Free unlimited wireless broadband.
During July and August we offer a minimum stay of 7 nights with a Sunday changeover. Outside of these dates changeover day is flexible and we offer a minimum stay of 5 days. We look forward to welcoming you.

My husband and I have 2 children. We decided to buy a holiday home 14 years ago. After searching for a long time we discovered Dartmouth and knew we had found our perfect location. The scenery and historical buildings are beautiful and there are so many stunning walks, beaches and hidden coves .
