This apartment has an airy, open floor plan design and is located just steps to Kamaole Beach Park 3. A super spot that makes this a popular Kihei vacation property. Kamaole Beach Park 3 has sun for those loving to sunbathe and shade trees for those wanting a cool place to lounge. There is shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. The Haleakala Shores property has a swimming pool in a lush, tropical setting. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, one powerful window air conditioning unit and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bedroom is closed off with sliding shoji door panels. There is assigned covered parking for convenience and comfort. For the benefit of both our guests and property owners, Bello Realty, Inc. requires all guests to have damage protection to rent our properties. After completing your online reservation, you will be given the option to either purchase a $30 Vacation Rental Damage Protection plan or provide a $1500 refundable Security Deposit. Damage protection will be collected with final payment and Security Deposits will be refunded within 14 days of checkout.

Nice appartement close to the beach.

We had first a problem to find the appartement und to open the lockbox. A better instruction would be helpful. Everything what we needed was there. Nice beach close by. The appartement needs a bit of an upgrade.

Spacious, Great location

I really enjoyed the unit and location. It is large and there is a lot of natural light. Some might say it is dated with it's 70's themed decor but that is what I found so welcoming and comfortable. I had one small issue and the management company was so amazing and took care of it immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Good condo, great location - Cyclists

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nine day stay in this unit. Condo was very clean, very spacious for two people (and space for road bikes) and the kitchen was well equipped. Like other reviews, I agree this unit could be modernized and updated as the furniture and bathrooms are looking dated. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well as did all the major appliances. Very minor issue on day two, but the property manager was in contact and remedied the problem by the end of the day - bringing confidence if something bigger ever came up. Location is fantastic, with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and groceries. Unit has beach chairs and umbrella for guest use. I would recommend adding an instruction sheet for the cable / TV / universal remote as it is not as intuitive as one would think. Pool and pool area were clean and furniture in the area was good.As cyclists, this location is great to launch for both short and long rides, (Paia / Ho'okipa, west Maui loop, Ioa valley, etc.).

Great vacation

The property is well kept. The condo we stayed in was dated and the bathrooms could use some major updating. The place was spacious enough and the kitchen had updated appliances and everything we need to prepare our meals. Overall very comfortable for our needs.

Great location, friendly people, especially Molly the manager. . They need to have brochures of activities to do on the island along with maps. Salt and paper would be nice to have in the kitchen.

Large condo with washer, dryer, and AC

Fantastic 9 day stay -Condo is bigger than I thought which was a nice surprise to us -Great to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms -AC was great to have to cool off after a hot day outside -Beach chairs were perfect for the beach -Washer and dryer were great to have in the condo. They both took a long time to run a load. The washer door seal area smelled quite bad and should be fixed. -I had picked this condo since it was close to the Kamole beaches and in my price range. It did not disappoint. I would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in other units in this complex and love the location and large, two-bedroom units. Unfortunately, this unit did not live up to our expectations, primarily because it is in need of some tender loving care. The beds seemed fairly new and were comfortable, but the rest of the furniture was dated, worn out, and very uncomfortable. Most of the appliances and other amenities also need to be examined for wear and tear and many need to be replaced. It wouldn’t take much effort or expense to fix this rental so that it could be worth staying in.

Kihei condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very easy to gain access and the pictures and description are accurate. It is comfortable and spacious with the twin bed area separated from the living room by sliding opaque doors. Location is great with a very short walk to 3 wonderful and connected beaches perfect for spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed many meals from food truck areas which are within a couple miles. The place is not fancy and could use some updating but was more than adequate for our needs.

Quiet great location

Just what we wanted; very roomy place, across the street from the beach but quiet, not in the very center of town so easy to 'get out of town'. It was great to find an umbrella and beach chairs in the closet.

More than I expected

Maui stay 2022

I stayed at the condo with my neice, sister and my sisters boyfriend. The condo was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for the four of us. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beach towels and chairs was a nice extra touch. If I had to change anything about the experience it would be the lock box thats is used to access the key to the condo. Its kind of hard to get out and took all of is trying before we got the key out. Other than that which was really nothing this place is great. Will definitely rent again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall experience was poor, due to construction projects above our unit. There was loud construction noise that would Start at 6:30am and would last until 5pm everyday of our stay. When we complained to management they cooperated as much as possible and gave us a 20% discount for having to deal with it. However after a long anticipated post Covid vacation this was not something we expected.

Reviewer Comments: ProsThe complex is in a good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. Condo is spacious and the two bedrooms are not right next to each other. Even though it is very old, it was very clean. There were beach towels , chairs, and an umbrella. ConsThe condo and everything in it is very old and could use updating. The furniture is not comfortable. The TV is not a smart TV so we could not access any streaming services. The guide only worked sometimes. The second bedroom is extremely hot, even with two fans running. It would be beneficial if they added an AC unit like they have in the other two rooms. The non stick pans need to be thrown away as most are scratched, which is very unhealthy. There are no wine glasses and not enough coffee mugs or dishes/silverware.

Wonderful location!!

Wonderful location, across from beach and within walking distance to dining and shopping. There was no exaggeration about the main bed in previous reviews. If you have sleeping issues or back or hip problems, probably not for you. The furniture was also uncomfortable. Everything was clean. If you plan on getting salt and pepper, don't!! There was plenty in the cupboards!! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella also provided!!
