Lovely house

We really enjoyed the house. The location and the house were beautiful. There were a few small problems in the rooms, but the were fixeable and not annoying. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so much!

Excellent villa

Excellent property . A little bit out from the town and beach . However taxis or Uber are cheap and easily accessible . The owners and staff were great and easily contactable .

Comfortable, spacious and cozy holiday villa

The house was big, nice bedrooms, nice living room and a garden with a big artificial grass field and nice pool which is around 2 m deep at one side. Perfect for big families or for a group of youngsters. A good but complicated alarm system. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Distance to centre Albufeira and the Strip around 25 minutes walking. Closest supermarket at 20 minutes walking. A few things were broken, like the dishwasher and a poolchair but we had an amazing holiday in this house.

Leuke villa

Wij zijn met een groep van 12 jongens gegaan en de villa was geweldig. Hoewel het wat verder van de Strip ligt, is alles perfect te regelen met Uber en het is niet duur. Je hebt twee auto's van 6 personen nodig om naar de Strip te gaan. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en er kwam midden in de week iemand schoonmaken. De airco's en badkamers zijn goed en elke slaapkamer heeft zijn eigen airco en badkamer. Je kunt de hele villa ook op alarm zetten als je dat wilt, wat voor sommigen prettig kan zijn.

Wat een top week!

We zijn met een aantal vrienden naar albufeira geweest en hebben dit huis geboekt. Het was echt top. Super mooi groot huis met een mooie locatie. Strip zit redelijk dichtbij. Het wordt goed schoongemaakt door de schoonmakers en het is goed beveiligd. Echt genoten!

Une superbe maison !

Une maison superbe, avec des hôtes et des personnes de la manutention au top. Un léger problème de Clim qui a été résolu dans la journée donc rien à dire. Seulement nous gardons le contact pour revenir.

Gemischtes Erlebnis

Das Haus selbst und der Garten, sowie der Pool waren okay. Die Einrichtung überholungsbedürftig ( auch zu alt ) Es fehlt an Gläsern , Tassen usw. Das Haus ist für 13 Personen eingerichtet, dann muß auch genügend Geschirr vorhanden sein. Außentüren zum Teil nicht abschließbar! Insgesamt überwiegen die positiven Dinge.

Perfect villa

We went to Albufeira with a group of 11 friends. This villa was perfect for us! We spent a lot of time in the garden which was very nice and comfortable. The house was also ideal for us. Every room had its own bathroom and a big closet. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the kitchen. The stove did not work well and all the glasses and plates were still dirty when we arrived. The kitchen did not have any wipes or towels to clean with and basics like salt, pepper and oil were missing. Besides this, we had an amazing week we will never forget!

A great stay

It was a wonderful stay in the villa for a group of 11 people. Everything is just as said and shown on the announcement, or even better. Location is great, just before the entrance in Albufeira, the closest beach is 20min walking (but the one called Praia de Falesia is even better !) The only negative point was some parts of the garden and pool had not been cleant before our arrival, there were some few party leftovers of the prior guests.

Quinta da balaia

Estive nesta casa em Agosto com a minha familia, sogra, mae, irma e cunhado e cunhada. Adoramos tudo. Tem uma piscina fabulosa, o relvado nao estava muito bem tratado, e a sra da limpeza so apareceu dois dias sendo que nunca veio ninguem limpar a piscina. Mas em geral a semana foi fantastica. A sala é espacosa e a maior parte dos quartos tem casa de banho e todos tem ar condicionado.

Quase 5 estrelas não fora a manutenção!

Casa ampla, bem dividida com bons quartos e grande sala. Bem equipada e situada numa zona calma. Jardim e piscina agradáveis embora com poucas espreguiçadeiras. Problemas graves de manutenção, a saber - Na casa de banho social,que serve também dois quartos ,não se pode deitar papel na sanita o que acho inconcebível! Mas, mais grave, foi que apesar de termos cumprido o aviso,a sanita entupiu no 2º dia obrigando à compra de potente gel desentupidor. 2- A máquina de lavar loiça tem as borrachas laterais da porta soltas, e, o tabuleiro inferior tem de ser levantado para se conseguir meter na máquina, o que se torna complicado quando está cheio de loiça. 3- Quando chegámos o chão de um dos quartos estava completamente alagado com a água que caía do aparelho de ar condicionado. Apesar de nos garantirem que seria prontamente arranjado, tal não aconteceu pelo que quem dormiu nesse quarto além de não ter a.c. teve de dormir com o som dos pingos de água a cair para uma bacia! 4-Não posso deixar de referir também, a má impressão, à chegada, da falta de limpeza da cozinha : armários com pratos de diversos serviços misturados e empilhados, estando alguns com restos de comida seca! Assim como chávenas com café e açucar secos. Foi dado conhecimento deste facto à empregada que disse para os lavarmos na máquina! E nem havia uma única pastilha! Numa noite na cozinha, vinda da despensa, apareceu uma barata! Em suma, uma bela casa ,que com este tipo de manutenção não deve continuar a ser alugada para este fim e com estes preços.

Top verblijf!!

Wij waren met 7 meiden een week naar Albufeira. Het huis was echt top; het was heel groot (we hadden 2 kamers over), schoon, het zwembad was super en verder was de woonkamer en keuken ook heel chill. We hadden zelf gehoopt om iets dichterbij de strip en de supermarkt te zitten maar met de taxi was je daar binnen 2 minuten dus het was prima te doen. Echt een aanrader voor jonge groepen! Obrigada Isabel!

Perfecto para descansar unos días, con familia o amigos

Casa muy acogedora, espacio más que suficiente para diez personas, y buena localización, muy cerca tanto de la playa, como de la zona con más ambiente para salir. La anfitriona siempre estuvo muy atenta, brindándonos un trato excelente. Recomendable 100%!

Clean and proper, ideal for vacation

The house was very clean and proper, Isabel prepared everything carefully before our arrival. The outside of the house is also very nice, big garden, swimming pool, and a bbq, ideal for a big group. The house has a really good location, in a very peacefull area. 100% recommendable

Worst experience ever

We were in the taxi from Faro to the villa in Quinta Da Balaia. I called the housekeeper/cleaner that we would be a little bit late, she asked us what day we were coming and she thought we would come 1 day later. We arrived at the villa and we saw a group of 18 boys in the villa. We asked if we could look around and they let us have a look. The pool was broken (it was green) and litterly anything that you could think of was broken. After a couple hours standing in the burning sun and alot of phone calls we got a place to stay. The first day was completly ruined. The next day we had to leave the villas we had for the first night at 3. We could go in the other villla at 9. So we had 6 hours again where we couldn't do anything because of our luggage. First 2 days where ruined. We saw that everything was broken. We couldn't use the pool, the tv was broken, paintings were cut, it smelled like sigarettes, chairs were broken, the couch had burning holes in them. We asked for the money of the first 2 nights back and Isabel told us we would get the money refunded. The cleaner would come every day to clean for 1 hour but she didn't come the whole week. Nobody spoke a word of english. Absolute nightmare. I would recommend this villa at all. Isabel is not nice and doesn't respond to your emails. The villa doesn't look like a thing on the pictures.
