Saint Florent

Leider war unser Aufenthalt im Appartement nicht so gut. Es war nicht sauber. Die Angaben stimmen nicht mit den Tatsachen überein. Das Bett ist kein Bett,man hängt durch. Der Kühlschrank ist so laut das man ihn in der Nacht ausstecken muss. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist locker. Die Fenster sind dreckig. Der Grill völlig indiskutabel verschmutzt. Die Toiletten Tür kann man nicht zumachen, klemmt. Im Bad Waschtisch fehlt der Verschluss. Ich sage es ist ein massiver Renovierungsstau. Schade das man so belogen wird. Auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlenswert. Gruß Jürgen Tschöp

Very Comfortable

The property was better than seen in the photos. It’s a very cute, clean and nice space with all necessary essentials. It is also not far away from the saint-florent town. It has a very nice clean beach just 5min away from the accommodation. The only fault would be that it wasn’t easy to communicate with the host and he asked us to clean the space by ourselves or gave an option of getting a maid to do it for 30 Euros. Unfortunately we were not told about it at the time of the booking but we cleaned it by ourselves as all the cleaning products were provided. However all in all I do recommend staying here and Michela the host was very helpful and informative. We enjoyed our stay in the house more than we expected before coming on the trip. Would definitely stay here again when we comeback

Agréable et fonctionnel

Mon compagnon et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence très calme sur Patrimonio juste à côté de la commune de St Florent. Michel et Marie-Claude se sont montrés très réactifs et à l'écoute. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Un bel endroit calme pour se ressourcer.

Une résidence de qualité dans un environnement magnifique et très calme. Un appartement pratique et bien équipé où la vue sur la mer chaque matin est un plaisir 🤩. Un propriétaire disponible pour une location que je recommande vivement.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Un studio parfait.. rien à redire. Des propriétaires adorables et leur beau petit garçon. Endroit très calme. On va à la mer à pied (8mn). Une très belle plage avec peu de monde.. ce que nous voulions.

Super séjour au soleil

Encore un bon moment passé en Corse. Michel et son épouse sont des hôtes très sympathiques et accueillants , merci encore pour le rosé... et les bouteilles d’eau fraîches. L’appartement est très suffisant lorsqu’on est deux, bien aménagé et équipé, la vue mer , même si elle est étroite nous offre pile une fenêtre sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Parfait!

Vous recherchez une location tout confort au calme, à deux pas de la plage ? Alors cette location est pour vous. Le studio, tout confort, climatisé, avec vue sur la mer, est à 200 mètres d'une petite plage de sable peu fréquentée, agrémentée d'une paillotte qui vous ravira. A deux pas, le sentier du littoral. Aucune nuisance ne viendra perturber votre séjour. A 3km, 5 mintutes en voiture, Saint Florent, "la petite Venise". Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disposition à modifier les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. A recommander les yeux fermés.

Je recommande +++++ Nous avons passé un super séjour tout etait parfait. Gentillesse, disponibilité, les propriétaires sont charmants très à l'écoute du bien être de leurs locataires. Appartement très cosy, calme, décoré avec goût à quelques mètres de la mer,dans une jolie residence très arborée.

Bon emplacement au calme avec une belle vue

Studio fonctionnel conforme à description. Copropriété avec parking très agréable proche plage. Voiture nécessaire pour se déplacer (courses, restaurants et visites) Très bien situé pour Cap Corse et désert des Agriates.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist jedoch mehr außerhalb, als beschrieben. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, dort lässt es sich aufgrund von Algen jedoch schwer baden. Wenn man ca. 20 Minuten weiter läuft, findet man einen schöneren Strand. Wir sind oft mit dem Auto zu einem anderen Strand gefahren. Auch in die Stadt braucht man mit dem Auto ca. 7 Minuten, zu Fuß 30 Minuten. Trotzdem hat es uns sehr gefallen, das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch. Jedoch wäre es ohne Auto sehr schwierig geworden.

Buon punto di partenza per la Corsica del nord

Appartamento piccolo ma non piccolissimo appena fuori da Saint Florent (per andare in centro occorre prendere l’auro). Dotato di tutti i servizi è un buon punto di partenza per la Corsica del nord.

Très belles 3 journées dans le Golfe de St Florent et le Nebbio au départ de ce petit studio!

Joli petit studio agréable et pratique avec magnifique vue sur mer et coucher de soleil. Beau séjour dans le golf de St Florent avec 2 jours consacrés au désert des Agriates(bateau,rando,4x4) et 1 journée circuit vers de magnifiques villages dans le Nebbio. A ne pas rater!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la mer avec vue sur la mer, proche des commerces et du désert des Agriates (lieu magique et incontournable), proche aussi du Cap Corse (nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa côte Ouest). L'appartement est également moderne, propre et bien équipé (équipement conforme au descriptif). Les propriétaires sont accueillants, sympathiques et arrangeants. Merci encore à eux quant à la souplesse des horaires de notre arrivée et de notre départ. Rien à signaler sur le confort du matelas et pourtant j'ai des problèmes de dos ! Rien à signaler non plus sur le réfrigérateur et pourtant nous sommes habitués à dormir au calme ! Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème particulier !!! Saint-Florent est une petite ville adorable et pittoresque. Le sentier des douaniers qui débute de l'autre côté du port est un petit bijou et offre des vues exceptionnelles.

Localisation magnifique.Confort et accueil perfectibles !

Accueil TRES succinct (5' à l'arrivée et au départ !) de la propriétaire ( découverte fonctionnement barbecue par téléphone avec le propriétaire que nous n'avons pas rencontré…, découverte fonctionnement clim par nous-même...). Les points noirs : frigo TRES bruyant (j'ai calé un rouleau de Sopalin derrière, cela a bien atténué le bruit sinon : nuits blanches assurées). Matelas du canapé H.S : on dort directement sur les ressorts ! Insonorisation NULLE (les voisins travailleurs saisonniers se lèvent à 6h15 et 7h tous les matins : réveil garanti) ! Si l'on ajoute à cela, un store vétuste qui ne ferme pas complétement, les nuits sont courtes et on a intérêt à se coucher tôt ! Sinon, résidence calme et idéale pour les amoureux des chats (nombreux) qui divaguent. Ne pas manquer le spectacle quotidien des "bonnes âmes" qui viennent les nourrir quotidiennement et le ballet des corbeaux qui viennent manger les restes, le soir ! Côté Sécurité : on ne vous donne qu'une clé de verrou (peu rassurant car on ne peut s'enfermer) et, en prime, une baie vitrée dont la fermeture est cassée ! Points positifs : emplacement magnifique (vue mer et couchers de soleil !). Studio bien équipé : il manquerait un grille-pain et une pendule de salon ainsi qu'une petite bassine pour le linge + remise en place en place des bondes lavabo et baignoire enlevées par souci d'économie ? La prise en compte de ces suggestions d'amélioration pourraient en faire un lieu de séjour très agréable.

Petit appartement bien sympathique, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Largement suffisant pour un couple.

Appartement situé dans une résidence au calme avec vue sur mer. Tous les équipements sont conformes à la description et permettent de passer un agréable séjour. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et arrangeant par rapport à la remise des clés. Merci à eux.
