Can Bregat is a spacious and beautifully furnished villa that mixes both traditional and modern, located in 10,000 m2 of private grounds in lush, quiet countryside less than 2 miles from both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Ideal for all generations, the villa has plenty to keep everyone entertained: with bikes, lots of pool toys and outdoor games, a large lawn with football goals, badminton and swingball, a 4K OLED 55" TV, PS5 with Virtual Reality and many games, UK & German terrestrial TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, movies and sports subscriptions, lots of books and boardgames, a children's room with toys, 600MB WIFI mesh system throughout the terraces and house, Spotify Premium with portable Bose speaker and many more things...

The villa features a large living room with two seating areas, four main bedrooms all en-suite with air conditioning and a children's play room with double sofa bed for a maximum sleeping capacity of 10 people. We have cots for every room which can also be set up upon request. We can also replace each of the double beds with two singles upon request.

There is wifi throughout the house and terraces, UK & German terrestrial TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, movies and sports subscriptions, which are available on the 55" 4K OLED HDR TV in the living room and the 42" 4K TV in the children's playroom. See "Facilities" tab for a list of all the Playstation 5 games, including those for Virtual Reality. The house also features lots of books, classic family movies and comedy DVDs and a Bose bluetooth player and iPad with Spotify Premium included.

The kitchen is large and well equipped with lovely views that look out to the Formentor mountains. Outdoors there are multiple places for relaxing; under the shaded terrace, by the pool, within the orange and grapefruit trees or by the shaded BBQ area. The pool measures 5 metres x 11 metres and can be heated upon request. Pool fencing and an alarm can be installed upon request, in addition to provided life vests for young children. There are also lots of inflatable playthings.

The house features table tennis, swingball, six bicycles (four adults, two kids, plus two detachable kids bike seats) with lights, locks and helmets, football goals, badminton, kids toys, lego, many classic children books for all ages, lots of books on Mallorca, board games such as Scrabble, Monopoly, Family Fortunes, Bezzerwizzer, Charades, Cranium and more, and a guitar, telescope and microscope.

The following additional options are also available to all clients upon request :

For the option of pool heating there is a weekly fuel surcharge. Due to the current elevated energy prices, the rates are the following:

January to April 600€

If the pool heating option is taken then the pool temperature will be set at between 28.5 and 29.5 degrees Celsius from 4pm on arrival day and will automatically maintain itself at that temperature until 10.30 on departure day.

Flexible arrival days during off-peak, and Saturday arrivals for Easter school holidays and April through to the end of October.

In consideration of the house and grounds being optimal for all clients who use the property throughout a season, we do not permit any events to be held at the villa.

For those interested, we offer long term winter lets at a discounted rate.

Full month of December (up to 3rd January) : 6000€
January, February and March : 4000€ per month

Due to the varying requirements of such rentals (whether they be for a group or an individual looking to work remotely, a couple, or large family, etc.) the above pricing for the long term winter rentals excludes electricity, gasoil and weekly cleaning fees.

The house is owned by myself and my wife, Maria Bennassar, who is the granddaughter of the late, local painter, Dionis Bennassar. We also run the museum in Pollensa old town which is dedicated to him, and worth a visit.

Perfect property

We enjoyed a wonderful week’s stay at villa Can Bregat and cannot say enough good things about this incredible property. The villa itself is very spacious, clean and well-equipped. Everything you could need or want is supplied including “extras” such as a telescope and virtual reality headset. It is very inviting and feels like a proper home, with wonderfully stocked bookshelves (no need to bring reading material!), gorgeous paintings on the walls and a kitchen equipped to do some serious cooking. The pool is a good size and we paid to have it heated so it was the perfect temperature. The gardens and outside spaces are lovely and we spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pool and on the patio areas. Another aspect of this property that we really appreciated is how peaceful it is. In the mornings, we sat outside and could hear only birdsong. You would not know that there are any other properties around yet it is conveniently located for towns such as Pollensa and Alcudia and for many sandy beaches. The roads around are very quiet and great for leisurely cycling. From the moment of booking, Craig, the owner, and the property management team were very attentive and communicative. We wished we could have stayed longer and hope to return in the future!

Best Family villa

There were 4 generations in our family group of 8 people ranging from Great Grandma at 94 to Baby at 6 months. The villa was so well laid out, well equipped and thoughtfully furnished that it was perfect for everyone. Toys and games for the children, bikes, table tennis, an amazing selection of books to delve into for the adults and a beautiful garden and pool. Outdoor shady areas and a great BBQ and dining terrace. Only one problem - we were not there for long enough! We loved it.

Multigenerational family

A wonderful spacious property which catered perfectly for all our age groups. The large pool and beautifully maintained gardens were a joy all day long. The house is stylish and elegant though we spent very little time indoors. We particularly enjoyed the different outdoor sitting and eating areas and made good use of the BBQ. Our 14 year grandson cooled off in the upstairs games room using FIFA and put the ping pong table to good use. We appreciated having groceries purchased for our arrival. We are frequent visitors to this beautiful part of Mallorca and would definitely rate this a 5 star villa in every area. The host and management team are excellent.

Wonderful

This is a fabulous property. We were a party of 8 filling the 4 bedrooms which are large and air conditioned. All the rooms are large with plenty of seating, utensils etc for us all. The 2 dining areas are perfect for a choice depending on the weather or breeze. The pool is large with a deeper end, plenty of toys for the kids and sun beds for all. The area is quiet with large villas all around but complete privacy. We used the bikes a lot as we decided not to do a lot of exploring but they got us to the 2 Pollenas. We were very grateful for the offer of shopping for us before arrival as no car would have made this a chore. The nearest supermarket is maybe a couple of miles. Overall a fabulous place and difficult to fault.

Spring Break

We spent a fabulous Easter week in Can Bregat. The weather was pleasant rather than hot but the pool heating meant we were able to use the pool every day. The Villa is comfortable and well equipped with great outdoor spaces.

Die Finca ist genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist hervorragend; das Grundstück ist sehr groß. Vor allen Dingen Craig, der Gastgeber, hat uns immer sehr geholfen. Als wir morgens keinen Kaffee kochen konnten, hat er uns umgehend eine Kaffeemaschine besorgt - noch einmal vielen Dank dafür! Ein defektes Fahrrad hat er umgehend gegen ein anderes getauscht. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad. Zusätzlich verfügt das Haus noch über eine Gästetoilette. Durch die 2 Außenterrassen kann man auch bei Regen noch draußen sitzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Finca nur empfehlen.

Perfect for extended family

We spent a week at Can Bregat in mid September. It would be difficult to imagine a better place in Mallorca for our holiday. Space inside and out is expansive and well designed. We'll equipped. Great pool - safe for our toddler because of the optional protective barrier. Craig was very informative and attentive. Country roads in the neighbourhood nice for walking and cycling. Even Pollença in reach without driving if you want.

Fantastic Villa

Great Villa, superb condition with all that you need to have a fantastic holiday. Plenty of space to enjoy the sun with shaded areas if required. Pool and poolside area was superb and large garden with a football net which went down brilliantly with the kids. Bikes were great for a wee cycle to the Supermarket or down to Puerto Pollensa. We didn’t hire a car and taxi’s were great to get around Pollensa/Alcudia area. Brilliant Villa, very private and loads of space and all amenities catered for, would certainly recommend and Craig was a great host and helped with any queries.

Perfect holiday rental

The house and grounds are fabulous, and the location- less than 10 minutes drive from Pollensa or Puerto Pollensa is ideal for those not looking to be in the middle of things but still have easy access to all amenities. You can use the bicycles to explore the safe quiet country roads, we enjoyed saying hi to the local goats, sheep, pigs, horses, etc. The heated swimming pool is a great size and a comfortable temperature, and there are pool toys aplenty. Inside the house there are board games, books, UK tv channels on demand, and a PS5 - so something for everyone. And if you are a keen cook the house has the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever come across in a holiday rental. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, and there are loads of fluffy towels. The host Craig is attentive without being intrusive and is clearly very proud of his house - and rightly so! Communication with him is clear and very helpful. In summary we had a super time here and can’t imagine anyone being disappointed with this property.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren im September 2021 zu 8. in der Villa Pollenca. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Der Vermieter ist schnell und einfach zu erreichen und beantwortet jede Frage ausführlich. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man erhält sehr viele Informationen, sowohl digital als auch vor Ort. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, man hat kein Nachbarn. Zu beachten ist aber das man immer ein Auto benötigt. Die Unterkunft hat einen mallorquinischen Flair was einen direkt in Urlaubsstimmung versetzt.

Wonderful stay

We spent a wonderful week at the Can Bregat villa. We didn't have the chance to meet Craig (the owner) in person but he was always available by phone/text to answer our questions. He also gave us very detailed informations and advices about the area which were very useful. We were 4 couples with children/babies - the villa has everything you can expect to enjoy your stay. We will definitely come back or recommend the villa to friends and family.

Wonderful vacation

You get exactly what was written in the description. The villa is situated in a calm area, short ways to Pollenca, Port Pollenca and the beach, good shopping opportunities in less than 2km. The house is very clean and surrounded by a fantastic huge garden and nice big pool. The villa was equipped with everything you need for a vacation (e.g.. sunbeds, sun towels, air mattress, snorkelling stuff, bikes, coal for BBQ, big new TV screen and extremely good and fast internet). And very important. The host, Craig, was always available and helping whenever anything was needed. We will be back!

Great Villa!

This is a really great villa with a nice pool in a big garden. The villa is very well equipped and perfectly maintained. The organization and contact with the owner worked without any problems. We had a marvelous stay and highly recommend the villa.
