Our one bedroom apartment is in Lagos Marina, on the second floor. It is beautifully furnished with both the living/dining room and bedroom having balconies enjoying wonderful views over the Palm tree garden to the Marina. We are only a short walk away from the wonderful beach of Meia Praia. You can also take a stroll to the old town centre of Lagos and gaze at the yachts moored at the marina pontoons. The apartment comes with free WIFI, Netflix and an allocated underground car parking space accessed from the Meia Praia road. Complimentary swimming pool access at the nearby Marina Club Suite Hotel is also available. The apartment is fully air conditioned providing a comfortable environment in the height of summer but also during winter.

As a longstay, we made good use of the kitchen and so pleased that the owners have thought of utensils one would need. Full set of dishes, cutlery, storage containers, pots & pans including sharp knives. Everything newer and in good condition. Detailed instructional binder for TV, washer, oven, AC, etc.Quiet building during the low season. Peaceful view. Ideal location with or without a rental car, great for walking. The decent sized apartment is clean and well maintained.We were happy with a slightly early check in and the ability to stay an extra 3 nts at the end. Enjoyed the cleanliness, layout, quietness and view from the property. Having been to Lagos a number of times before, I had some concerns about noise as the building backs on a busy road. However, this apartment is entirely on the Marina side of the building so there was zero road noise. I also enjoyed the southwest exposure in February when we could sit on the warm balcony.
We spent a week at this property in February. Very clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Balcony has sun during the afternoon. Location perfect for groceries, shopping, marina, train station, etc. Would stay here again. And Georgia, the representative who greeted us, was professional and very helpful!

The appartement and enviroment was perfect for my vacation with my over 80 years old mother. Everything was in short distance. The beach, the supermarket, the restaurants and bars. Our stay was really nice from start to finish.
Nice to have the late afternoon sun on the balcony. In easy reach of the town across the marina bridge. Very prompt help from management when internet didn't work.

This was the second time that we have stayed here and there were no nasty surprises. A well appointed holiday accommodation with passes for the next door hotel’s swimming area. We loved the fact that the sun shines on the balcony all afternoon which was great for relaxing and reading. Only quibble was it would have been nice to have some mainstream UK tv channels to watch on the smart television.
The property is a perfect location to spend time in the Algarve and specifically Lagos. The Apartment is clean and new and conveniently located for the beach or Old Town
I picked this apartment for its location and I wasn’t let down. Near the marina in a quiet location with 2 balconies facing west and catching the afternoon sun. The facilities were excellent, we particularly liked the Nespresso coffee machine which was similar to ours back home. TV was fine, we didn’t use Netflix but it was available. The parking space in the basement garage was a bonus because when we parked across the road the car got very dirty under the trees.
We had a lovely stay and would come back again.
The apartment was a good size - good sized bedroom , great kitchen and the living area is big. Everything was lovely and clean, good quality and well looked after. We didn't cook but if you wanted to, the apartment is very well equipped for self catering. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the marina and you can walk into the main town in a few minutes, where there are lots of great restaurants. Hired a car so great to have the use of the basement car park. Communucation from the hosts was good - plenty of helpful information in a file in the apartment and Ben from the rental company who checked us in was very friendly and easy to contact prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend this apartment for a couple staying in Lagos and will definitely be back in the future.
The apartment had everything we wanted. It was very clean and very well equipped. It is in an excellent location at the back of Lagos Marina and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the town. We would definitely choose to stay there again on future holidays.
We have stayed at this apartment many times now and you just can't beat it! Beautiful apartment, clean, modern and quiet near a very good supermarket, beach and many restaurants. Just about for next year again!
The Apartment is great if you want to be close to the Marina and the Old Part of Town (15 Min by foot) but still stay in a quiet location. Everything was in good condition and the kitchen fully equipped, even with a washing machine. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and the free underground parking is nice bonus.

We cannot say enough about how great this apartment is - very comfortable and equipped to a high standard, with a fantastic view of the palm tree garden and the marina, sunlight all day on the two balconies, great proximity to the old town and a handy super market and wine store across the street. We took advantage of both the town - its many restaurants, and the great historical towns and vast natural beauty of the coastline and its charming villages.
We are already planning our return. Both the owners and property manager, Georgia ,were accommodating and attentive.

This one-bedroom condo was beautifully decorated, centrally located for everything within Lagos, and was equipped perfectly. The pictures of the unit are accurate and I couldn't give the owners and property managers a higher rating. Thank you for making my month a month to remember.
The property is great, nice to have laundry machine, dishwasher, A/C (didn't need it for our stay), nespresso, etc. Access to the pool, location to marina, old town, grocery store, etc. is perfect. Property management team was wonderful and very responsive. Note - when checking in, just park in the lot across the street from the front door (we might have missed this in the instruction package). Owner gave us the heads up on building painting, which was appreciated, and wasn't really an issue for us.

Superb Apartment in Marina complex
Spent 12 days in September 2015 in this lovely apartment in the marina complex which gets afternoon and evening sun. Very well decorated with well equipped kitchen for dining in and making the most of the fresh produce in the local supermarkets if required. Easy, level walk into Lagos and even the marina frontage contains a number of restaurants and bars if you don't want to venture that far, Easy drive from Faro airport and underground parking is a bonus. Very well situated for driving along the coast with many great beaches with bars and restaurants.
Az and Carla were great to deal with as were the local agents, Adrian and Tracey.
If it hadn't already have been booked for 2016 we would have been returning then, what more can I say!!

Marina Apartment In Lagos - Rental 8119969 - Dom Duarte Block A
On the Homeaway site, the listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, most amenities in the apt, HOWEVER, the bed is NOT a king bed it is a double bed. There is no tumble dryer. These should be changed in the Homeaway description. I chose the apt because of the tumble dryer because I've rented places and a tumble dryer is essential in the winter season. Our clothes never completely dried. We saw many laundromats with dryers in town but that meant hauling the clothes across the marina to the town and (very unfortunately for us) it rained every day. As the description said tumble dryer, I bought few outfits because I thought I could wash and dry them at the apt. This was a critical error for me, because of the description on the Homeaway site under the amenities of the property. The bed is a DOUBLE bed. Also, we had a number of power failures (confirmed with the Algarve Estate Management company email I forwarded to the owner). Future renters should be made aware of this. It is unfortunate the owner (when contacted) said he has never experienced power outages and no other guests experienced power outages at the property. Well, I am writing to tell you that the power failures did happen while we were there. The pool was not too clean and the blue lounge chairs were very dirty.
The apartment was clean and maintained. It is worth mentioning to renters, in the book/binder describing how to use all the functions in the apartment, there is a paragraph is bright red text saying electricity is very expensive in Portugal and if substantial electricity is used by the renter there will be a charge. But it does not say how "using a lot" of electricity is determined or who determines it and how it will be charged. Will the damage deposit be held back? Renters should be told this. Any potential 'extra' expenses over and above to the renter should be put up front and centre BEFORE the rental agreement is signed and paid for.
Owner answered every email in a time efficient manner.
I would not recommend this location to a friend or relative because in my experience the property is too far and hard to access from Lisbon (don't know about from Faro). Unless you are driving, the regional train is slow, too few trains, expensive considering the trains are old and dirty. Also, to get to Largos from Lisbon, you must transfer at Tunes. Sometimes the transfers can take a few hours, you could are waiting hours on the platform in windy
