Great stay in Port De Pollenca

Great stay in Pips appartment. Loved Port de Pollenca - a little gem. The appartment had a nice location and great balconies. The appartment was a bit worn down compared to the photos (all remotes for AC did not work, and one shower head did not work), but that did not have any effect on our stay:) Thanks again Pip:)

Beautiful apartment minutes from Pine Walk

Fantastic spacious top floor (2nd) apartment in a great location minutes from the Pine Walk. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and lots of outdoor space including a huge roof terrace. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Stay - perfect accommodation!

We were a family of 6 adults staying Puerto Pollensa. The apartment was fabulous and perfect for our needs. A short walk to the beach and the Port. It had good facilities and a communal pool. The outdoor space is fantastic with rooftop terrace, sun beds, dining and two casual seating areas at the top. On apartment level it has a further 4 sun beds, casual seating and another dining area. There are three further balcony areas too, so plenty of outdoor space. Check in and check out was very easy. We had one issue with the kettle that stopped working but this was sorted out and replaced straight away. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting comfortable accommodation and a hassle free holiday in PP. Thank you - I am sure we will book again next time we come.

Fantastic stay, perfect accommodation in wonderful location

We stayed in September 2022 as a group of 4 adults and would return without hesitation. Fantastic kitchen and living area, with lots of outdoor options for dining, sun bathing and relaxing - particularly evening drinks on the roof terrace enjoying the view. Grounds around the pool well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed by all our group. Location ideal just a few mins from Pinewalk and 5 mins to Bar Coral - highly recommended. A very smooth check-in / check-out process with a warm welcome from the agents and good communication from the owner. Highly recommended!

Great location

Lovely property with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Loads of outside space. Very comfy beds which were welcome at the end of a busy day. Only 5 minutes walk from the front with lots of lovely restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay but these were sorted within a very short time of us notifying the owner. We had a great time and would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

A blissful week in Mallorca

We had a lovely week in Port de Pollensa. The property is well situated and very convenient for the beach and shopping facilities. The apartment is well equipped. The owner always responded quickly to any enquiries. We would highly recommend the apartment. If there are any negatives it is that we received no details from HomeAway before arrival on how or where to collect keys from, in fact I had been unable to log into the HomeAway site in the days running up to our trip. Also, the cleaners arrived the day before our departure - fortunately we were at the property at the time!

Very well located. However the apartment could have been cleaner

A deep clean is certainly needed. Bathroom taps spray water everywhere. Soft furnishings need replacing/cleaned. Pillows on beds need replaced as do the quilts and top covers in the twin bedroom next to family bathroom. Shower tray in the en-suite needs to be repaired. Crockery and cutlery needed to be cleaned before we could use it. 2 of the Sun loungers in the garden of the apartment need replaced. I would rate the apartment as a 3/4 star which was disappointing. With a bit of thought and a little bit of money being spent on it this apartment could easily get 5 stars. The pool was beautiful and clean.

Lovely apartment, great location - perfect for families

We had a great week - the apartment was well located just a very short walk to the pine walk. The added bonus of our own garden as well as the pool was perfect for our little girl. Pip was very quick to respond with all correspondence- we would definitely stay again

Beautiful apartment in perfect location

Just had a lovely short break here - the apartment is really nice, very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. (Made such a nice change to have plenty of towels) The pool is great - really good size, and nice to have some shade from the trees for when the garden gets too hot to sunbathe. Liked having table and chairs inside and out, and the comfy seating outside was a bonus. Location is perfect - just back enough from the pine walk to be nice and quiet, but close enough to walk to everything easily. Pip was really helpful throughout the booking process - always quick to answer any questions I had, and the management company in Puerto Pollensa was really helpful too.

Well presented, modern and clean apartment

This is a really nice ground floor apartment with everything you need. Modern appliances, large TV, comfortable terrace and shared swimming pool - although we had it to ourselves when we were there! Room to safely store bikes as we were cycling every day. Will hopefully be back next year!

Beautiful apartment and setting

A clean, comfortable, private, well equipped apartment with excellent wifi in a beautiful setting and location.Backed by mountains with pretty scrub and woodland to the front. The short walks to the Pine Walk and edge of the town are lovely and the apartment is only a few minutes walk away from the start of the amazing walk up the Boquer valley to the sea, The front room and terrace have a lovely sunny outlook with 180 degree sky views and magnificent sunsets. Prompt, helpful communications with the owner.

High quality apartment in great location

Regular visitor to Puerto Pollensa. Stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of four, with a 4 year old and a 3 month old. The apartment was spotless with very modern furnishings and bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Solid internal doors meant we didn't have to tiptoe about once the kids were in bed. Fab air conditioning throughout which was great for keeping the baby cool. The apartment has a lovely garden with direct access to the pool and the grassy area next to the pool, which has loungers and trees for shade. It was perfect to be able to wander around the pool area and pop back in as and when. The pool is a good size and well kept, with plenty of loungers available. The pool area was nice and sociable without being too noisy. We met some lovely families with kids of similar ages to our son; it really is ideal with little ones as it is so well located - a nice quiet road but close to all amenities. You can be on the pinewalk in a leisurely 5 minute walk and in to the main square in around 10. As the other reviewers have said, the owner, Pip, could not have been more helpful. We were delayed getting in to Palma so arrived on the street in the pitch black with a taxi driver who spoke no English; we called Pip for help and despite it being 10pm she picked up first time, talked us through how to find the apartment and even offered to cycle to us if we were still having problems. Highly recommended! We had a great holiday.

Great location

We had a lovely 10 day stay at this apartment. It was not our first trip to Mallorca but was our first time in Puerto Pollensa. The apartment was clean; well maintained and really well equipped. Excellent air conditioning (worth a mention as it was so hot whilst we were there). We used the wi-fi for business requirements and it worked well. The pool area had sun loungers on the lawn or on the pool deck, or we could use the loungers in the apartment's private garden. The ground floor location meant that there was instant access out to the pool area which we found a real benefit. We didn't rent a car whilst we were there and enjoyed the ferry trip to Formentor beach and other boat rides. We preferred the more natural beach at Formentor but Puerta Pollensa beach was sandy and calm for swimming. Local restaurants were numerous and of a very good standard which meant we ate in less than we planned! Pip was really helpful when we made our booking and very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be recommending the apartment to our friends.

A great place to stay in Puerto Pollensa..

A lovely, modern, spacious, cool apartment, at 34° temperatures we didn't need the air con very often. We spent a very enjoyable ten nights here with our two year old and nine month old children. The apartment has a good size shaded patio with dining furniture, and a private sunny lawned area with sun loungers where we could sunbath while the children were having afternoon naps. The pool was a few steps away, and was usually very quiet. If you turn left when leaving the apartment, then take a right, you have a short walk down to the beach and the pine walk, so the location is very good. The owner/manager of the apartment.. Pip, was very helpful indeed, and made some kind gestures such as a welcome pack because we were arriving late in the evening. (Thanks Pip) I would definitely recommend this apartment, and we would be very happy to return here, and to the lovely resort of Puerto Pollensa!

As owners of this property which we waited along time to buy in this development due to the quality, location and size of pool/gardens.

We have 3 children and this is an ideal property as the beach, restaurants and bars are all within 200m of the apartment.

Why they chose this property

Boquer is a nice quiet area, and being a 3-5 minute walk to the centre and 200m from the beach made this property the one we wanted to buy. The property boasts an enormous roof terrace with outdoor kitchen, pergola, seating and bathing area with outdoor shower. Community is set with mature gardens with a large communal pool.
