Charming, clean and well located. Host was very friendly and provided good infos.

The appartment is charming, nicely decorated, very clean and is well located. We enjoyed our staying in Iglesias as well as its surroundings. Our host received us as soon as we arrived and gave us good tips to enjoy our staying even more.

Schöne Wohnung in authentischem Ort

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und wertig eingerichtet. Sehr positiv war, dass wichtige Lebensmittel und Verbrauchsgüter vorhanden waren, sodass man nicht alles einkaufen muss. Sehr schöne Dachterasse. Die Lage ist mitten in der Altstadt, daher keine unmittelbare Parkmöglichkeit, aber es findet sich in der Nähe immer ein gebührenfreier Parkplatz. Direkt vor der Tür eine Panaderia mit leckeren Brötchen. Zur Erkundung der Umgebung und der Strände ist ein Auto notwendig. Luigi haben wir nicht kennengelernt, sein sehr netter Vater hat den check-in übernommen und trotz Sprachbarriere (wir können nur sehr wenig italienisch) alles sehr gut erklärt. Der Ort ist sehr charmant und untouristisch, allergings nicht gerade ruhig; gefühlt war die einzige Zeit des Tages, an der kein Lärm war, zwischen 12:00 und 17:00 Uhr (Siesta). Auch nachts und am frühen Morgen ist ruhiger Schlaf selten möglich. Der Weg zu tauglichen Stränden ist beträgt ungefähr 30-40 Minuten Fahrzeit. Wer echtes italienisches Leben kennenlernern möchte, ist hier richtig. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung.

Location à Iglésias

Appartement fidèle aux photos et très bien situé dans le centre historique d'Iglésias. Nous avons facilement trouvé à nous garer tous les jours à 5 min à pied de l'appartement. Très bon accueil du père de Luigi.

Fantastic place - wafrm welcome and great location!

This was a great find and we would thoroughly recommend it for those wanting a great location from which to explore this area of Sardinia. Our communications with Luigi were excellent at all times and we were given a very warm welcome. The place itself is very well presented - immaculately clean with plenty of original features as well as great facilities in the kitchen and a very comfy bed! The roof terrace was great with plenty of seating and a table for dining. The location was perfect - right in the centre of the old town above the meeting point of four lanes which opened out into an area with a fantastic bakery and salumeria, a supermarket and greengrocers. Given its location we were also impressed by how quiet it was. We had a great stay and would recommend this place without hesistation!

Sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung im 3. Obergeschoß inmitten der Altstadt von Iglesias, mit toller Dachterrasse, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe, Vermieter völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns in diese Wohnung verliebt... und es wird sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort gewesen sein. Stephane und Heidi

Wunderschöne Dachgeschosswohung mitten in der historischen Altstadt von Iglesias

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone von Iglesias (Parkplätze befinden sich etwas außerhalb der Altstadt ca. fünf Gehminuten entfernt). Der helle Ess- und Wohnbereich ist großzügig und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Dachterrasse bietet viel Raum und nette Ausblicke. Insgesamt vermitteln die Fotos einen sehr guten Eindruck von der Ferienwohnung. Unsere Erwartungen sind absolut erfüllt worden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein sehr schönes, sehr geschmackvolles Feriendomizil in sehr schöner Lage, eine sehr freundliche und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Bien situé dans le quartier historique d’Iglesias, c’est une base idéal pour profiter de la région tout en s’immergeant dans la vie d’une petite ville sarde. Rénové récemment, l’appartement est charmant, bien équipé. Super terrasse donnant sur les toîts du quartier. Luigi toujours disponible pour conseiller de bonnes adresses. Très bon séjour !

Sulcis meraviglioso

Casa bella e luminosissima, ottimamente tenuta, arredata con buon gusto. Cucina spaziosa e completa di tutto per chi volesse cucinare qualcosa e godersi il bel terrazzo arredato. Consigliata, nel centro di Iglesias e in una posizione centrale per l'esplorazione di questo meraviglioso pezzo di Sardegna. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Insomma nulla da eccepire!

non potevamo chiedere di meglio

abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta , ottima posizione centrale e appartamento nuovo e pulitissimo. unica pecca la mancanza dell' ascensore , ma d'altronde si è in vacanza e questi non sono di certo problemi! se dovesse ricapitare l occasione sapremmo sicuramente dove soggiornare. ciao Luigi e grazie di tutto

appartement très agréable, bien décoré, en plein centre historique

Commerçants, restaurants, café, grand marché quotidien à moins de 10mn à pied. Tout à portée de main en plus de l'appartement très agréable et dans un petit immeuble calme. Excellent séjour en famille.
