Small cottage that's centrally located
The cottage was very quaint and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the provided parking permit was super helpful. Once we increased the heating (using YouTube for instructions) the house felt even more cosy. One warning: parking right in front of the house is not allowed during the day, be sure to read the signs!

Blissful Christmas in Stratford
Having driven 8 hours I can't tell you how delighted I was to arrive at this little cottage. There was a lovely welcome present and a little Christmas tree. The owners Fran and Mark were most helpful and when I had a little problem with the central heating (working out how to get it on) it was dealt with within 15 mins. This is a very, very comfortable cottage (particularly the double bed) and sooooooo central. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you Fran

Great location!
Does what it says on the tin, giving you a cosy cottage a stone’s throw away from the tourist attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon! The house itself is fine but there were a couple of times I couldn’t get a response to emails so I ended up without a hairdryer and with a sink that you couldn’t unplug. However, there were minor and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and my home away from home!

Superb location
This little property is in a superb location, just off the main shopping area, close to the river, all the best attractions and a cracking pub just around the corner, an Italian restaurant and the BTP all day breakfast cafe. The property itself is a small town house but extremely well equipped, has a lovely courtyard at the rear. Beds were lovely and comfortable, the main bedroom bed is massive. Stone floors, open fire in living room. Fran the owner very responsive, very helpful and left us a lovely welcome pack which was very much appreciated. Would we definitely stay again and would recommend.

comfortable cottage
A nice centrally located cottage which has everything you need for a short stay. Parking a bit hit and miss, we didn't move the car for the whole week as everything within walking distance and good public transport. Dog friendly and there are plenty of nice walks along the riverside. Would recommend and hope to revisit in the future.
