About this property

Casa Katarina is a comfortable Portuguese style villa in the popular Luz Parque, 15 mins walk from the village with its full amenities and a safe, sandy beach. 10 mins drive from golf. Approx 60 mins from Faro airport and 180 mins from Lisbon. Located on the ground floor the 3 bedrooms lead out to the pool and terraces with built in barbecue. There are 2 bathrooms, one en-suite to main bedroom. Upstairs the large lounge with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player leads out to a balcony overlooking the pool for alfresco dining with beautiful sea views. There is a separate dining room and typical Portuguese kitchen. From the balcony a staircase leads to the pool. There is parking for two cars on the private driveway.

Bought as a family holiday home many years ago and we still love it now as much as when we first bought it.

Our children are now grown up with children of their own and the villa is enjoyed by all 3 generations.
