Large seaside Torquay home ideal for two or three families to holiday together

Perfect for large families or family groups wanting a holiday in the beautiful bay-walking distance from the beach,harbour,town and local attractions. Holiday in our lovely home, make use of our own children's toys and beach gear whilst you stay.

Rooms consist of two ensuite rooms on ground floor both with kingsize beds, one has a large bath and shower ensuite but the other has a very small shower ensuite. On the first floor there is a king-size 4 poster bedroom /one double bedroom/one single and the child's room.. all first floor bedrooms have use of a shared family shower room on first floor.

This is our family home that we are making available whilst we are away. It is a large family house with space for 12 guests plus infant/toddlers. It is not a hotel so do not expect hotel standards but it is a home from home very comfortable stay in a perfect location for a holiday with children in the bay. You will have access to the toys in the children's room and the trampoline and play areas outside in the garden. There is a large bbq and patio table and chairs for evenings outside.

We have recently added a spa-hot tub that is available to rent at additional rate of £175per week. The kitchen is open-plan to the house and is a lovely central space to entertain. We have a dining room that that has double doors out onto bbq area outside. There is a garage below the property onto the road where you can always park one car in front of, it is a free road so additional cars can also park along the street. Sky Q TV in three bedrooms and lounge. There is also a garden room/laundry room with patio doors out onto the back garden . Travel cot also available.

We are situated on a lovely quiet tree lined road in a nice residential area. There are a number of hotels on our road as it is located in a perfect position to explore the bay. We are 5 mins walk from Torre station and a few more minutes from the main bus station. Walking distance from many local attractions so a perfect position for a holiday in beautiful Torbay.
