The Space:
The luxury 3 bedroom villa is situated 15 minutes walk from the busy heart of Puerto Banus on the private development looking onto the golf course. The development consists of a large swimming pool next to the villa, golf course, a number of cafes and a large supermarket all within the Los Naranjos complex. The famous Peurto Banus is within walking distance and the Golden Mile is just around the corner.


The ground floor of the air-conditioned town house has a downstairs toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, leading through to the spacious lounge and dining area with a large flat screened T.V with all English channels and movies through the WIFI. Large patio doors open up onto a private paved patio garden, which has a sunbathing area, and outside seating area.


The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Moroccan decor of the master bedroom elicits dramatic colours and spiced tones, with luxurious silk fabrics and artwork. The master bedroom has a connecting en-suite which includes a bath, shower, double sink, toilet and bidet. The bedroom is a retreat, your private oasis, with a secluded furnished balcony overlooking the pool.
The modern décor and vibrant reds, yellows and oranges energise the second bedroom, revitalising you in the morning. These brighter colours infuse a youthful touch to this bedroom which also has a balcony overlooking the pool and patio area. The striking black and white third bedroom creates a statement of sophistication which is followed throughout the town house. The second floor opens onto a private rooftop terrace, using the minimal approach to create an ultra modern and chic look with spectacular views of the golf course.

The neighbourhood


Home to the rich and famous, Puerto Banus is a luxurious and cosmopolitan resort with its marina of mega-yachts and celebrities. The focal point of Puerto Banus is the marina, where it holds up to 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest individuals. Behind the harbour lie streets filled with bars and nightclubs and behind this the main square, featuring a vast El Corte Inglés department store. The Mediterranean Coast has everything from beautiful weather all year round, long beaches, the best golf courses in the world, great shopping, restaurants and the lively night life of Puerto Banus and Marbella.

How to get from Malaga Airport to La Maestranza and Los Naranjos
By Bus from Malaga Airport to Nueva Andalucia
There is a bus that goes from Malaga Airport to Marbella Bus Station. In winter it runs every 2 hours and in summer every hour. Costs about 7€ pp. From the bus station you then need to take a taxi for 10 minutes to La Maestranza or Los Naranjos which costs around 15€uros.

By Taxi from Malaga Airport to Nueva Andalucia
Outside arrivals in Malaga there is a taxi rank. You can get a taxi and it will cost minimum of €120 if you are going to get a taxi, we personally would recommend a private transfer instead where prices are set beforehand at €95.

Car Hire from Malaga Airport to Nueva Andalucia
Personally, if you are able to drive, we always recommend hiring a Car from Malaga Airport, Simply because sometimes it's cheaper than 2 taxis each way. Also it gives you the freedom to run around. I can recommend a very good car rental service on request.

Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport. 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.
