This was a great place to stay in Padstow, we were a family of 4 and there was enough room for us all, we were also able to walk into Padstow with no problems.
Hosts contact was excellent from my first enquiry about the property. Instructions were clear and the property itself was in the perfect location for myself, my partner and my dog. The house was clean, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality of bedding. 10 minutes from the town or fabulous coastal walks. We loved our stay and are hoping to be back. Thank you very much.
Had everything we needed! Bed was comfy and the nights were quiet around the area. Good size bathroom with bath & seperate hot shower. Living room with good size tv and lots of dvds to watch if you needed. Well equipped kitchen/diner with great view. Garden secure so dogs were safe. Free parking. Only 15 minute walk downhill to Padstow so alittle steep coming back up. Enjoyed our stay
Great location ,walking distance to the Harbour! The cottage is a good size, smelt a bit musty when we arrived, but once the fire was lit it was warm and cozy. Like many others have said it could do with having the internet! We enjoyed our stay.

Last Minute
Iris is very helpful and communicates well. The property is dated, could do with a bit of TLC. Great location, no bedding or towels.
Lovely cottage in a perfect location to enjoy Padstow.
We had a fabulous short break in Padstow and it was great being able to walk to the harbour and enjoy the town. Lovely countryside views from the kitchen and balcony.
Lovely property, within walking distance of harbour and beach and Lovely restaurants
We didn't have any electricity all weekend, trip switches kept blowing, couldn't use any electrical appliances in the property, couldn't use the cooker, fridge, hair dryer, toaster, kettle, lighting
Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Was a little cold when outside temperature dropped. Friendly and efficient booking process. Would stay again

Missing basic services
The property is reasonably located for access to the town. Parking for your car is tricky, there is no internet and what should be made very clear in the summary is that bed linen and towels are NOT provided. Disappointed with the price paid given the lack of basic facilities.
I stayed here for a week with my husband, dog, and children aged 4 and 1. We all had a lovely time, we've not been to Cornwall before so this was a great location for walking into Padstow or hopping in the car. My son complained about having no internet but husband and I loved it! Amazing views and nice touches - thank you for the prosecco!
The house is in a great location, easy to walk into Padstow, quiet neighbourhood with lovely views.
The house is comfortable and clean, it would help to have a few more cutlery, cups etc. and I would have preferred not to have to take bed linen and towels but overall a lovely little holiday home
Property was very good very clean it was just what we needed for out week stay .The only thing it could do with is Wi-Fi as phone coverage in the area isn’t the best otherwise tbh our stay was faultless

Great location shabby property
Had to clean throughout when arrived.
Permanent unpleasant smell due to shabby standard of furnishings and fixtures.
Garden was not able to be used as it was so overgrown.
Parking was not clearly marked and no wifi
Ideally located for active people able to climb a hill. The property has been basically furnished but has a very comfortable bed. Needs tidying cosmetically in a few areas. We enjoyed our stay and lovely views.
Comfortable little house, in a quiet neighbourhood a short walk from Padstow centre. Everything you need for a short stay, and good value for money for Padstow.
Fantastic location only 10 minutes from the centre of Padstow as advertised and a 5 minute walk to Tesco. Lovely and quiet

My husband and I are both retired after serious illnesses. I bought and renovated "Shanice" shortly after we recover and now run it as a holiday cottage in summer using it in winter ourselves.
