Family reunion
Nice remodel, comfortable beds, outdoor area was not usable due to odor from cows next door and wet furniture cushions. Rug under dining table was filthy, rugs In TV room kicked up easily. The steps to the TV room need to be marked. At eye sight the steps blend and someone can easily fall. We did, in fact, have a family member miss the unexpected first step. Kitchen was good, but needs a good knife set and clean baking pans. We did have a wonderful time and would come again.

Relaxing friends retreat
Eight girlfriends met up from across the country and settled in easily to this house. It had everything we needed for cooking big meals and playing games at the kitchen table. One night, we used the living room as a separate bedroom since we had a couple of bad snorers who didn't mind sleeping on the floor or couch. It never felt crowded. There is a big backyard with plenty of space for chilling out.

This property would be great to spend time at , with pool table , and swimming pool etc . The property manager was amazing ! And met us to walk the house and be sure we were comfortable. Would rent again

Family trip to wine country
We had a great time. The house and neighborhood were exactly what we were looking for and met all our needs. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Absolutely no issues as the house is updated and very well supplied. The location was convenient to restaurants and allowed us to visit wineries in both Napa and Sonoma easily. All in all a wonderful experience!

Our mixed family of seven adults stayed here for 5 days while we explored the regions of Sonoma, Napa, and the Russian River Valley. Navigation between the multitude of wineries was simple if you know exactly where you'd like to go ahead of time. The home provided every amenity that we needed and the property manager made sure that our needs were met.

Amazing property
This was the perfect house for our girls trip to Sonoma. Plenty of space for all of us. The pool was lovely and sitting out by the fireplace in the evening with a glass of wine was delightful. The owners and property manager were very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. I highly recommend staying in this home!

Great for a long weekend!
We booked this house for a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and had a great weekend! Kim (the concierge) was great to work with and very accessible. The outdoor area was well kept and nice for a relaxing day between winery days. Some of the surrounding area was a little rough, but we felt safe! There is a small cafè down the street that we loved walking to for coffee each morning!

California Wine Trip
The property was as advertised and Kim was a true pleasure to work with. There were some issues with the pool cover and outdoor fireplace that she made us aware of upon arrival and each issue was quickly rectified. We chose the property because of its proximity to both Napa and Sonoma, with it being located within just a few miles of some wonderful Sonoma wineries and just a short drive of a half hour or so to Downtown Napa. We utilized the kitchen quite frequently for preparing nightly dinners and found it to be more than sufficient. The outdoor space is beautiful with a nice gazebo to relax under as well as newer gas grill The inground pool, outdoor fireplace and yard area provide plenty of spaces to relax and unwind at any time of day. There's even lemon and apple trees on the grounds if you would like to incorporate fresh fruit in your meals or drinks. We were more than happy with our selection of this property and Kim's attention to detail was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend.

Great place, convenient location
This property looks better in person than it does in photos! The backyard is fantastic. The only drawback is that the pool is not heated. Kim, the property manager, was super responsive and easy to work with. She also ensured the property had everything you could possibly need (towels, soaps, plenty of cookware, etc) and even things you didn’t realize you needed (games, cooking oils/sauces, a great sound system).

Outstanding Sonoma Stay!
Our stay at Orange is the New Black was absolutely phenomenal and perfect for my family's intimate celebration of my dad's 70th birthday. The dining and kitchen area was perfect for us to hang out and cook and eat together throughout the weekend. It's also centrally located making access to amazing restaurants, shops and wineries, Sonoma Square is also very close. The house manager is also so lovely - extremely communicative and helpful! We would love to stay at the house again :)

Lovely girls' weekend stay
Absolutely loved this property. It's modern, spacious, and had a lovely outdoor area. The property manager was super helpful and responsive, she walked me through the property and all the amenities when I first arrived. Everything was in order, very clean, and easy to navigate. Well-stocked and beautiful home. It was the perfect, comfortable size for a girls' weekend getaway - we were 6 girls in total. The backyard was the perfect setting for a wind down after a day of wine tasting. It was too chilly for pool time but would definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the pool. Loved it and would recommend and come back!

One of the best STR we've stayed in!
Our group loved that the property was clean, spacious, and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked, living room had a smart TV, game room had a good variety of things to keep us entertained, and again it was clean! Kim, our contact, made check-in easy and explained the features of the property via phone. It was nice having someone close by in case we needed anything! The yard is spacious and really nice to relax in. Unfortunately the outdoor firepit did not work during our stay so we didn't utilize it at night but I can totally see us coming back during the warmer months. In fact, right before we left, we all made a note to try to do exactly that. Hope to be back soon!

A perfect getaway in Sonoma!
We spent the New Year weekend in this house and it couldn't be better - the house is clean, inviting, with some nice features like the game room. I imagine it'd be even better in summer with the access to the pool. Highly recommended!

Great spot for a getaway
This property was a great location for a weekend away with friends. We did not get to take advantage of the pool or outdoor area because it was cold but it looked great for a weekend with adults and fun for kids as well.
