Wonderful holidays in St Yves
We spent a very pleasant week in St Yves. The flat is very comfortable, quiet and well decorated. The view on the town, the Harbour and the sea is amazing. The location of the apartment is perfect, near the shops, the Harbour and the beach.

Great location a few minutes from town.
Great views from the apartment, not to noisy the proximity to town. The only negative was the smell of damp in the communal hallway. Would recommend for a great break in St Ives .

The view of the harbour is sensational. The apartment is well equipped although a dishwasher would be a brilliant addition. Bedding was lovely & soft. We liked the location also. Reasonable walk up the steps to the long stay car park (£26 for the week) where I could charge my car. Reasonable walk down the steps to town. Overall, very highly recommended.

Lovely flat with epic views and great location. Information pack was really useful and appreciated the guidance notes on parking and restaurants etc. prior to our arrival which was really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend and use again :)

Lovely stay in St Ives
We had a great week in St Ives and would definitely go back again. We had some great tips on where to go from the property owner who was exceptionally helpful. The owner was great at communicating with us before and during our stay and we felt they couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay. We’d definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice to have the choice of balcony and terrace to enjoy. Wonderful view from balcony at front of building and from bay window in living room. Convenient to be able to walk down the steps into the centre of St Ives. Excellent communication with the owner.

Awartha Mor - very nice holiday flat in beautiful St Ives
it was a really nice stay in Awartha Mor. We enjoyed the time and especially the beautiful view of St ives and the harbor. The distance to the harbor was not too far and only five miuntes away. We will recommend Awartha Mor to al friends, who are interessted to make holidays in Cornwall.

What a view
The apartment was perfect. The duvets were a little warm for this time of year. Enjoyed visiting St Ives and the surrounding national trust properties. Would recommend this property but not suitable for those that have difficulty climbing hills and steps.

Lovely Place
A beautiful flat, lovingly decorated, very clean and functional. Very close to the city and the port and beaches. You don't need a car. We always found a parking space in the car park at the beginning of Park Ave after excursions. We felt very comfortable.

The Apartment was fantastic cant fault it, excellent view point made good use of the Balcony for most of the good weather we had. The walk upgives ur legs and knees a good workout lol. Apartment was well equiped and would def stay there again.Our only downside was the plantbox seperating 2 apartments on the balcony no.privacy needs proper seperation.

A comfortable apartment, quite compact for 4 people, including 2 teenagers. Very helpful and attentive owner who couldn't do enough to be accommadating. Breathtaking view from lounge and great location. Only for fit and mobile people with stairs up to apartment and the steps and hills of St Ives

Great stay in St Ives
We have just returned from our first visit to St Ives and totally fell in love with the place. The apartment has gorgeous views over the harbour and it’s a real treat to sit out on the balcony both first thing in the morning and in the evening, taking in the views. A quieter location and a good walk up steps to reach the apartment, but this got easier as the week went on. Within 10 minutes walk of all 3 beaches. The apartment had all we needed and we really benefitted from the courtyard which we used to dry our wet suits. It’s perfect for a family of 4 - we have two teenagers. Steve was great at communicating and the process of booking was very easy. We hope to visit again next year, a fab stay thank you

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt und am Hafen. Leider ist das Parken in der Stadt nicht so einfach, der Vermieter gibt aber Tips.

It is still primarily our getaway with the children from our busy lives but we always promised that if we were ever lucky enough to own a place here and rent it out we would try hard to make sure all our guests went away with the same magical feeling we have always had after a stay We are sure that wherever you stay in St Ives you will enjoy its magic as we still do on every visit. Why they chose this property

St Ives is a magical place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. Big enough to enjoy many varied restaurants cafes and bars but still retaining the feel of an old fishing village.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has some of the most iconic views of St Ives and out to the ocean and yet is only a five minute stroll to the harbour and beaches. Though modern and bright the apartment still has a cosy feel to it
