Making perfect holidays all year round for all the family, this modern apartment is quietly located within a couple of minutes stroll of the village centre and Woolacombe's award winning beaches. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with additional sleeping space for 2 guests on a sofa bed in the lounge (reasonable additional fee required). There is also a travel cot available. This first floor apartment boasts views across the bay from the lounge, separate kitchen and private balcony. Views towards Potter's Hill can be enjoyed from the master bedroom (with en-suite shower room), from the Juliette Balcony. The apartment is well equipped and additionally benefits from free wifi, 2 Smart TVs ( in lounge and master bedroom), PS2 and Wii, 2 toilets (en-suite shower room attached to master bedroom and family bathroom opposite second bedroom door), outside shower and private storage shed for surfboards etc. 15% discount for 7 nights or more.

Perfect location for a beach holiday

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The short walk to the beach was ideal for us and we were lucky to have such fantastic weather to enjoy several days on the beach. Parking was tricky at the back of the property but we parked on the road outside which was easier with a bigger car. The owner was very quick to answer questions before our arrival and the instructions were very comprehensive.

Perfectly positioned apartment

We had a great weekend away at Lizzie's apartment where you can see and more importantly hear the glorious rolling waves of the ocean. Easy access, with parking. Everything within walking distance so you could just wetsuit up and trundle down to the beach with bodyboards. Perfect for an autumn visit. The apartment had everything you could want for and worked perfectly for our family of 5. Everything was well communicated to us making it a very relaxing stay. Thanks for having us!

Great flat in great location

Great location for accessing the beaches, yet tucked away from the main crowds. Beautiful sights and sounds of the sea, which you can see and hear from the flat and wonderful balcony. The flat is great and well appointed, everything is straightforward, and with bunks and a single, it means older children don’t have to share a double bed. Very useful shed for boards etc and outside shower for washing sand off yourselves, wetsuits and shoes. Highly recommend.

Great position

Apartment was in a great position to access the town and beach with lovely views of the sea. Our only gripe was that there are signs of tiredness within the property which is a shame but I’d stay there again

Another brilliant stay

This is our second time at this apartment and it is is good as ever. See my review from October 2018. First class location, everything you would want and we will be back. We have stayed in many locations in Woolacombe and this is the best for convenience, parking and access to the beach.

Fantastic place to stay will 100% return ,

My first time in Woolacombe but won’t be my last , we was attending for a wedding at the hotel ,the apartment was fantastic and the communication with the owners was brilliant as we needed slightly earlier access due to the timing of the wedding . As for the apartment itself it was very very clean the rooms were big and the views were incredible , making a cup of tea wasn’t a chore whilst looking out to sea ..... was exactly what we expected and more and we will definitely return .

We are a happy and fun-loving family of 5. We love the outdoors, exploring and discovering new things and with three children (two of which are now teenagers) Woolacombe is the ideal location for our holiday home.

Why they chose this property

For more than 40 years our extended family with myself, as little girl, have visited Woolacombe every year.

In 2007, whilst expecting our third child, we decided to buy our own property in Woolacombe, which we had always considered our second home anyway. Then surprisingly we received the keys to our newly renovated and refurbished Woolacombe dream pad, hours from our daughter's arrival.

We love Woolacombe and everything it has to offer us now and in the future. We still get so excited about each visit regardless of how many there are each year.

It gives us a base to set so may memorable holidays, with something new to discover each time.

What makes this property unique

The apartment benefits from direct views across the bay from its private balcony, the lounge and kitchen. And in just a couple minutes, you can walk onto the sand or get into the sea.
